5 out of 5 starsMy lamp was promptly shipped and thoughtfully packaged. It's a perfect addition to my desk, making reading and writing much more accessible, as I live in an older house with poor lighting.

I created my Etsy shop with a focus on sustainability. Using my love of creating and of shopping, I browse local estate sales and thrift stores to find amazing vintage and second-hand items. Some of these I upcycle or use to make unique candles.

Frequently asked questions
Do you accept returns?
Customer satisfaction is important to me, but because the items in the Jack and Bax Collection include items that are vintage, second-hand, and often difficult to find, ship, and package, I do not accept cancellations or returns. Please read the item description carefully and view all photos before purchasing. Feel free to contact me directly with any questions.
Please keep in mind that most of my items are vintage and second-hand and are sold as they were found, complete with imperfections. I do my best to point out any defects noticed in the description but all items will naturally have some wear and tear from previous use and the passage of time.
Do you accept cancellations?
Cancellations may be accepted under rare conditions if the cancellation request is made before the shipping label has been purchased. No refund will be issued for returned items.
Please double-check your shipping address when purchasing an item. Shipping labels are automatically generated using the address you have listed in Etsy. Additional shipping charges will be applied if an item is returned to me as undeliverable or if a second shipping label is required for any reason.
When will my order ship?
Items will ship within 1-3 business days after payment is received (unless there is an announcement indicating that I am out of town and there will be a shipping delay). Shipping prices are automatically calculated based on the zip code entered in your shipping address. I use Etsy shipping labels for all orders, so it is vital that you ensure that your mailing address is current and correct.
Your items will be carefully packaged and shipped with the USPS using recycled and repurposed materials whenever possible. Upgraded shipping is available. I include insurance on all shipped items.
What if my item is damaged in transit?
Unfortunately, on occasion an item might be damaged in transit. If an item has been damaged in transit, it is your responsibility to take and send me photographs of the damaged package and item so that a claim can be submitted to USPS. You may also be required to submit information to USPS regarding the damaged item(s) in the form of additional photographs and completion of an online form. No refunds will be provided until the claim is settled. You must inform me of any damaged items within seven days of receipt of purchase so that a claim can be filed with the insurance company. Please note that USPS insurance may require additional information which the buyer must supply.
