NORTH CAROLINA STATE SALES TAX is required when shipping to an address in the state of NC! During the last step of checkout process, Etsy will calculate the appropriate amount and automatically add that to your total. If there's ever a problem or question, just let me know.
All items are shipped by standard mail from North Carolina (USA) within 3 days of payment receipt unless the item is made-to-order. All made-to-order items will be shipped promptly after the item is created in studio.
Domestic (U.S.) orders typically arrive in approximately 3-6 business days after they are shipped. Shipping times are estimates only, unfortunately packages may occasionally be delayed in transit, especially during holidays or if the postal service is experiencing high volumes.
Please make sure your Etsy and Paypal shipping addresses are up to date! Orders that are returned to me due to an incomplete or incorrect address provided will only be resent at the customer's expense. Additionally, orders that are abandoned by the customer for any reason will not be returned to the customer and will only be resent at the customer's expense.
Refunds and Exchanges
At Jackson and Rose all sales are final. Because we sell unique and one-of-a-kind vintage items, we cannot not accept any returns at this time. If you feel that we have severely misrepresented an item, please convo us to discuss. Jackson and Rose wants to ensure that every customer is happy with your purchase from us! If you have any questions about an item, please be sure to convo us prior to purchase so that we can answer any questions you may have.
Please contact us within 3 days of receipt to discuss any problems or concerns. We will at that point advice you of your available options that we hope will satisfy your needs. If we do not hear from you within 3 days of receipt, we assume that you are happy with your purchase and we have met your needs.
