*PLEASE READ* We appreciate your patience as we transition back after the loss of our daughter. We are so incredibly thankful for your prayers, support, and grace through this time. With that being said our current turn around time is 2-3 weeks. I am currently running about a week behind on some orders with inventory being hard to find with everything going on in the world. We appreciate your patience as we work through this difficult time.

NOTE: We are not responsible for any delays due to USPS. We are shipping orders that were placed before our holiday cut off by the deadline USPS has set to arrive before the holiday. This does NOT guarantee your order will arrive before the holiday, since delays within the postal system can occur. The postal system is extremely overwhelmed with more people ordering online this year, and being short staffed due to cover. Please know we are doing all we can on our end. Please make sure the address is correct when checking out. If a package is returned for insufficient/incorrect address, I ask that you pay the cost of the new label to reship. If an item says delivered and you did not receive it please contact your local post office as we have no control and are not responsible over lost or stolen packages. Thank you!

Note: USPS is not always scanning in the packages when I drop them off so they are sitting in pre-transit. They are still on their way to you and will still be delivered but they are not being scanned along the way. I was told this is because usps is short staffed because of covid. I am so sorry for this as I know it’s very frustrating to not see your package move. Please message me with any questions at all- we are still in the midst of everything going on so I just ask for 48 hours for a reply- I am trying my best to get back to everyone as soon as possible. Thank you so much for your support and for bearing with me through this difficult time ❤️

If you need your item shipped out faster than 2-3 weeks, please message us and we will do our best to accommodate!

🌿AS OF APRIL 1ST 2017 - We are no longer accepting custom order requests. Our family is experiencing some new and exciting changes at this time and we are no longer able to accommodate custom orders. This does NOT include changing up one of our designs/adding to it. We can always do that for you with no problem. We can also always change the style shirt the design is on, etc. Thank you so much for understanding and if you need a recommendation on shops that due amazing custom work, please message us!
