Traditionally tsumami zaiku (or well known as tsumami kanzashi or just kanzashi) is a Japanese traditional fabric flower making.

In making tsumami zaiku or kanzashi I use a variety of textiles such as vintage kimono, chirimen, saree, batik and many more. That's why I call my tsumami zaiku or kanzashi eclectic.

Tsumami zaiku may freely be translated "works (art or craft) produced by using a method of folding and pinching small squares of fabric and assembling them with rice glue". I make hair accessories and jewelry with tsumami zaiku.

Thank you for checking out my shop!
