The necklace is BEAUTIFUL! Also, the chain is the perfect length and does not overpower the beauty of the hug knot. The necklace arrived in two days time, which was faster than expected! Very very happy with my purchase!

    I am a ceramic artist and high school ceramics teacher. I opened Jaimieware in 2011, and am revamping my Etsy shop now that I have become settled in my teaching career. I prefer porcelain for creating sculpture, wheel thrown pottery and jewelry.

Measurements and Color

All of the work in this shop is unique and handmade by me with care. Thus, some pieces may have small imperfections, but I try my best to provide you with high quality photographs to inform you of your purchase. I make functional pottery and all of my pieces are food-safe and lead-free. They are also dishwasher and microwave safe, although hand washing and infrequent microwave use will prolong the life of your piece.

Shipping

I ship via USPS to US and international addresses, within 5 days after the payment has been cleared. US addresses: Priority Mail with Delivery Confirmation number. International addresses: First-Class mail international with tracking number. Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.

Returns

If upon receiving your purchase the item is damaged, contact me right away. Send me a picture of the item, the inside and outside packaging, and I will try to set things right. We will negotiate the cost of shipping. I do my best to accurately describe the items in my shop and I ask that you keep in mind that all items are made by hand and thus may have imperfections and variations. If you are unhappy with the items that you receive, please contact me and I would be glad to work with you to resolve the issue.

Credit will be refunded upon safe receipt of returned items.
Buyer is responsible for damage in transit.

After 14 day grace period, all sales are final.

In the event of a stolen package, refunds will not be provided.
