4 out of 5 starsThe robe is really sweet. The upcycled silk is lovely; someone with a good eye assembled the pieces. I washed the robe in cold water (looks great!)--the cotton lining did shed some color, but the silk patchwork should not, as it's from vintage saris and color stable. The robe is very well sewn and nicely finished. It's a great weight for summer and fall. The shipping was incredibly fast--took five days from ordering to having it in my hands. So why only 4 stars? I am 5'9" / 155 lbs. and small-busted. The 44" girth is fine but I wouldn't want it any smaller. The robe is knee length, but it's obvious that the robe is sized for a shorter person, i.e. the tie loops and pockets were too high. So I customized and moved them down a few inches. Hope this helps, for you taller people. Great seller, lovely robe!
