Returns and exchanges
Please note that orders for ALL shirts and tanks must be cancelled within 24 hours of ordering for full refund. If cancellation is requested after 24 hours of ordering, a restocking fee of 30% will be charged to cover incurred expenses.
If you would like your order EXPEDITED and are in need of RUSH shipping, please feel free to contact us through the Etsy contact seller function to discuss pricing and to set this up.
International orders are shipped using First Class International mail. This means that once it leaves the USA, we are unable to track your package, as it is then handled by each country's own postal service. If you would like to be able to track your package, we reccommend paying extra for the Priority Mail service - convo us for pricing details.
If you would like us to include insurance on your order, please contact us through Etsy and let us know. We will need to add it the same day you order. We keep our shipping charges low to save our buyers money, so there is no insurance on orders unless you send us a note that you would like to add it. Jameson Monroe holds no responsibility for your package once it has been shipped and a tracking number has been assigned. There will be no refunds for lost packages.
Wholesale - If you would like to carry Jameson Monroe products in your retail business or store, please send me an email with subject title WHOLESALE, and we can discuss our wholesale options. We would love to work with you.
OUR CURRENT SHIPPING TIME-FRAME IS APPROX. 1-2 WEEKs (before shipment), UNLESS OTHERWISE NOTED. PLEASE FEEL FREE TO MESSAGE ME IF YOU NEED SOMETHING BY A SPECIFIC DATE. Please note, orders can only be shipped to the address on your invoice. This is for your protection as well as ours. Please make sure you have the correct address on your invoice prior to ordering, as I will not be able to ship to a different address.
Returns: Due to the handmade and often custom nature of our items, we do not accept returns. If there was an error made with your order on our end, returns will be accepted within 2 weeks of shipment. After that time, no returns are accepted for any reason. All returns must be sent with delivery confirmation to be eligible for a refund.
I am more than happy to create something custom for you. However, we do not accept returns or exchanges for any reason on custom orders due to the custom nature. Please note that if the color you request is out of stock or listed as sold out, the closest comparable color will be sent in its place.
I try to answer messages within 24-48 hours of receipt. Messages are typically not answered on weekends, although you might just catch me online :)
