JamJewels- Gorgeous Bridal Jewelry & Accessories for the elegant and sophisticated Bride.

Jam Jewels is sisters Jo and Bec and mom Anne. We like to keep things in the family.

We’re dotted around the globe. Jo and Anne are in Australia, while Bec found love when traveling, and settled in Washington State with her Army Ranger husband.

Despite the distance, it’s our tight-knit family and bridal jewelry business that keeps us connected. Just like you, we love to celebrate together, especially for weddings of special family and friends. Which is really where it all began.

In the beginning…

Jo struggled to find just the right jewelry for family weddings. Something elegant, classy and flattering. How hard could it be? With a background in Business, she hatched Jam Jewels, so that brides and bridesmaids, mothers-of-brides and guests would feel beautiful and look spectacular on such a special day.

Along with former fashion designer Anne, lover of all things that sparkle, Jo began to design and create a range of gorgeous bridal jewelry and accessories.

Where we are now...

We want you, our beautiful Bride-to-be, to feel your most stunning on your wedding day. A day when you’ll be surrounded by love and creating memories to last a lifetime.

We love it when you share your dreams for your big day.
You can trust that we, along with our in-house team, will work as hard as we can to bring your vision to life. We also have two shipping ports, in the United States and Australia, to get your jewelry to you as fast as we can.  

By offering custom colour pearls and finishes and coordinating pieces, you can find all the bridal jewelry and accessories you need in the one place. That leaves you more time to spend on the seating plan or learning your first dance together.

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

Returns and exchange details
Exchanges and Refunds;

In order for an exchange or refund to be processed, the following procedures must be adhered to:

💙 Step 1: Contact us within 3 days of your items delivery.

💙 Step 2: We will provide you with a return address. Ship your items to this address within 7 days of your items delivery.

Items returned outside of this time frame will not be accepted.

We will perform a refund once the items have been returned to us in original/unworn and undamaged condition. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. All items are checked before leaving our premises.
Refund is minus a 20% processing fee, associated shipping fees, and any incurred bank fees. If free shipping was given, the shipping costs incurred by us will also be deducted from the refund.

Faulty/damaged items: Please contact us immediately. We stand by our product and will work with you to resolve any issue you may have.

Exchanges: No exchanges on custom items. We will exchange standard items for the same or higher value (buyer to pay remaining amount) with no restocking fee incurred. Refund or store credit will not be given for exchanges worth less than the original item. Buyer pays for shipping costs.

💙 Custom orders cannot be returned or exchanged. We are happy to send photos of the final item/s before shipping.

💙 If you need to check item suitability with your dress, please contact us to discuss.

💙 If, for any reason, you are not happy with your purchase, or you would like to make an alteration to your item, please contact us to discuss. We want you to be happy with your JamJewels purchase!

💙 We accept PayPal, Direct Checkout, and Credit Cards approved by Etsy

💙 We do not accept cancellations. Depending on your circumstances, you may be eligible for a refund or exchange. Please view our Returns and Exchanges policy and contact us for any further enquiries.

💙 We are happy to work on custom orders with our clients. We may require a deposit of $30.00 if 'mockups', sketches or similarly involved work is required as this is time consuming for us. We will then take this off the cost of the item should you wish to move forward and purchase. The cost of a custom item may be higher than similar items in our shop due to the extra work involved and possible OOAK design.
All custom orders will be listed as a custom item specific to your request. It can then be purchased as a regular transaction.

💙 Jewelry Care Instructions

Swarovski pearls are very hardy but for longevity, we suggest you apply body sprays and perfumes well before dressing in your JamJewels. This applies to all crystal items also.

Do not use harsh cleaners or liquid jewelry cleaners. If you have any issues please contact us for advice.

We are not responsible for damage due to wear and tear. We pack our items in velvet sachets, sturdy boxes and padded envelopes. The exceptions are earring converters which are not boxed but otherwise padded. If an item is damaged through shipping mishandling, we will be more than happy to resend or repair the damaged item, so please contact us for details.

Where do you ship from?

We ship from the US and AUSTRALIA.

USA- Locally via USPS using STANDARD shipping(approx 2-5 bus days) with PRIORITY upgrade (approx 2-3 bus days) and EXPRESS upgrade (approx 1-2 bus days)

CANADA- Shipped Internationally from the US via USPS using standard shipping (approx 5-10 business days) with PRIORITY/EXPRESS upgrades available.

AUSTRALIA- Locally via Auspost EXPRESS.

UK/EU/ASIA/Rest of world - Shipped Internationally from Australia via Auspost with tracking (due to FASTER order processing and CHEAPER mail rates)
Delivery time- depends on local Customs processing times and local postal carrier.
UK/France/Germany/ delivery is usually 6-12 business days, SPAIN/ITALY is usually 2-4 weeks. ASIA-usually 5-7 bus days

Gift wrapping and packaging

We package your jewelry in sturdy and beautiful high quality boxes and velvet pouches, so they are ready for gifting and storing.
We do not include invoices/statements in case it's for a gift.
Hair vines are boxed.
Sashes are wrapped in tissue, bubble wrap or boxed.
All items are delivered in padded envelopes.

Custom and personalized orders

Some of our items can be customized. Please contact us for details.

Care instructions

Please apply jewelry AFTER showering and applying makeup/perfume/moisturizer.
Do not swim in your jewelry.
Do not use harsh cleaners or liquid jewelry cleaners. If you have any issues please contact us for advice.
Cleaning can be done with warm soapy water and soft toothbrush, rinsed thoroughly.
A gentle polish with silver cloth may be used on the metal to add more shine, but our items should not tarnish. If you live near the sea, please store your jewelry inside the pouch and box provided.

ORDERS:
During the bridal season (March-September) most orders are processing in 3-6 business days.
We work from 2 locations.
Jo is in Australia and Bec is in the USA.
We work as fast as possible to process all orders.
If you require it quickly please contact us for details.
Processing times outside the bridal season may be quicker.
MESSAGES:
We try to answer as quickly as possible. Sundays may be a little longer:)
As we receive a large number of messages, occasionally one may be overlooked inadvertently or we may not receive it. Please don't hesitate to contact again if we haven't answered within 24 hrs.
Please contact us through shop conversations as we don't check our emails every day.
