Announcement    Welcome! In my store you will find luxurious hand dyed and sewn silk ribbons and cords dyed in beautiful range of colors. I use the finest quality silk and dyes available! We also offer TierraCast pendants charms and clasps, ImpressArt Metal Design Stamps and other unusual pendants.
The silk ribbons work beautifully as necklace ties, silk bracelet wraps or other crafts. The silk cording is great for necklaces or wraps as well! The cords also can be used as trim like piping or for other crafts.

Current LEAD TIME
Small orders 5 to 7 business days.
Custom, large or orders with a lot of colors may take 10-14 business days.
Orders placed after 12 noon Pacific Time will count as placed the following business day.

If you place a large order, I sometimes will send what is ready and the rest a few days later. A lead time is the time it takes me to process an order and depends on other orders and the colors ordered. My ribbons are sewn and ready to ship. It takes time to prepare an order for shipping. I iron each ribbon, quality check them and package the orders. These lead times are guidelines and change depending on other orders. A few packages may take longer. Hopefully most orders will take less time.
If you do not pick colors for color assortments, I will send a message and if I don't get a response will send an assortment of my most popular and/or newer colorways.

If you like your ribbons crinkled let me know! If you are in a hurry to get your order please message me. I ship almost daily! I ship to the Etsy address on file.

Wholesale Buyers: Listings with five of the same color ribbons are my lowest prices. If you order in bulk quantities of silk cords, there is another price break on some items.

Washing Instructions:
Use cool water and a mild plain dish soap. Wash colors separately.
Use clear soap (colorant in your soap could be left behind on your ribbons).
Use a cool iron and very light little steam to set the press.

EXCHANGES AND RETURNS

I exchange, replace or refund defective merchandise, contact me for return authorization within 3 days. Item(s) must be; new and unopened in the original packaging. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Buyer pays return shipping fee. If customer received free shipping the customer must also pay a 15% restocking fee. Buyer is responsible for return until received and inspected. Insurance and tracking is recommended.

EU BUYERS have 14 days to contact me to return items. Item returned must be returned new, unopened in the same packaging. Buyer pays return shipping cost, cost may be about the same as you paid to receive the items(s). These shipping fees are not refundable.
LOSS OF VALUE: Opened or used items value could be 0-50%

CUSTOM AND PERSONALIZED ITEMS and COLOR CHOICES FOR ASSORTMENTS

Leather Cording or other items cut to length are considered a custom order (customer cut) and cannot be returned.

If you do not send me your colors for assortments, I will send a message. If I don't get a response I will send an assortment of my most popular and/or newer colorways of whatever you purchased

Shipping Info

SHIPPING TIMES
Each listing has shipping time attached. Shipping times are fairly accurate but sometimes it takes a bit longer depending on the orders in process. I am not responsible for USPS shipping times. If I receive a refund from USPS for late Express mail I will refund you.

SHIPPING ADDRESS
Orders are shipped to the address you provide upon checkout thorough Paypal or Etsy.

COMBINED SHIPPING
Combined shipping is available on most items.

PACKING AND PACKING SLIPS
All items are packed with care. We sometimes open and inspect stamps and stamp sets to make sure stamps are included.

Please do not ask for us to mark your order as a gift on customs forms or for a lesser value. All packages are labeled and weighed properly.

EU FORMS

EU Countries: Buyer has 14 days to return items. Item returned must be returned new, unopened in the same packaging. Buyer pays return shipping and the return shipping cost may be about what you paid to receive the items(s).

Custom and personalized orders

When a package is shipped internationally, it may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and/or fees imposed by the destination country. These fees are hard to predict and are paid by the buyer.
If buyers want to check the possibility of duty and custom charges prior to purchase, I recommend using www.dutycalculator.com
I am not responsible for items being held by a country's customs department, nor for any customs tariffs, taxes or VAT fees. The buyer is responsible for any and all customs taxes or fees from their countries customs.
Once a purchase is made you agree to pay any and all fees that may incur upon arrival of your package.

INTERNATIONAL PACKAGE AND UNCOLLECTED PACKAGES

Parcels not collected by you from customs or your Post Office may eventually be returned to us by Customs or the Postal Service. We are able to resend packages but you will need to re-pay for shipping a second time. No refunds issued until the package is received back by us. Shipping fees are not refunded. There are no refunds on custom orders (such as cut leather cord).

Damage and Cancellation Policy

If a package arrives damaged or with missing items, please keep the package and all packaging materials for an insurance claim. Contact me immediately as we have a short time to file a claim. The insurance company will require a buyer affidavit and may require other items from the buyer as well such as pictures. To receive a refund, I need what the insurance company require from you.

Cancellation requests need to come through before the item is shipped or cut to size. Once an item is cut for a custom order such as leather cords, the order will not be cancelled.

Insurance Requirements

If a package does not arrive, buyer must contact us within 12 weeks so we are able to start an insurance claim. In order for insurance to pay a claim, Insurance purchased through Etsy requires a Buyer affidavit stating the package wasn't received.

Buyer must fill out the Buyer Affidavit and accepts responsibility for filling this this form out before another package is shipped or a refund received. Buyer has 100 days from the shipment date to fill the buyer affidavit out. If the insurance company denies the claim based on information received from the buyer the sale will be considered final.
