I want you totally happy with your purchase...if you are unhappy with your order, it may be returned within 10 days of delivery for a full refund minus the shipping fees. Customer is responsible for return shipping. Please contact me ASAP if you have any concerns or if the art was damaged in shipping. I will replace or refund the damaged item once it has been returned to me.

Please let me know any concerns you have, as I want you satisfied. Colors vary on every monitor and if the art does not meet your needs, feel free to return it.

SHIPPING TIMES

Art is shipped within 1-3 days after payment is received. Custom orders may take longer but I will let you know how long to expect.

All items are shipped via USPS first class or first class international to save on shipping costs. Unfortunately this also means first class mail does not guarantee a delivery time. Using USPS means about 2-5 days travel time within the United States. International shipping times depend upon location, of course, but generally expect around 2 weeks.

SHIPPING UPGRADES/INSURANCE/TRACKING INFO for US buyers

If you would like to upgrade your shipping to Priority, with Insurance and/or add the ability to track your package, please convo me and I will send you a separate invoice for the added services.

Shipping rates include shipping, handling and packaging costs.

International buyers are responsible for any customs fees.
