I accept Paypal which also takes all major credit cards but only through PAYPAL ONLY. If you are local and wish to pay upon pick-up to avoid shipping costs please contact me first to make arrangements. Shipping costs can be refunded upon pick-up when purchased through the methods above.

The shipping rate in all listings are regular mail WITH tracking numbers for US orders ONLY.
I do NOT take any responsibilities for lost or damaged packages if its not insured. Insurance is available with extra charge.Please contact me if you need to add it. PLEASE NO INTERNATIONAL ORDERS OR CANADA> I cannot guarantee that the postal service items is being delivered For security of myself and customers.
Payment must be made at time of purchase. By purchase you are agreeing that all sales are final and you adhere to terms of this sale.


Custom listings MUST be paid for within 72 hours unless you make prior arrangements with me first. Please understand that creating a custom listing involves more than just the listing fee, there is the time and energy to type and create each personalized listing, convos back and fourth to confirm your order. This takes time and can at times pull me away from family time while I work. Please do not start the order if you are unable to purchase within this time frame. Thank you!
Refunds and Exchanges
All of my products have a quality guarantee! If you are not 100% satisfied with your order for any reason, simply return it within 30 days of purchase with a copy of your order number for a full refund (minus shipping charges.)

If any item fails due to a defect in workmanship, I will be happy to fix or replace the item once it has been returned, or offer another option if the item is unable to be recreated. Please understand, however that I cannot replace or fix items that have been used and abused beyond it's original purpose and I am not responsible for the mishandling of any of my products! I am not liable for lost items.
I will show items shipped on your listing invoice. I do not issue refunds for lost parcels. If you have an international package. Please realize that a report cannot be filed for 90 days from the USPO.
