Uso de mi obra de arte "tal cual": Mi obra de arte digital no puede utilizarse "tal cual" cuando se utiliza para pequeñas empresas. Usar mis imágenes para productos digitales o tangibles sobre un fondo blanco, solo texto, equivale a redistribuirla, lo que infringe mis Términos de Uso y Derechos de Autor. Debe incluirse en un diseño propio. Ninguna de mis obras de arte puede ser la imagen principal ni la única de sus productos. Al venderla como artículo digital, se aplican las mismas reglas, excepto que el artículo debe estar aplanado, de modo que no se pueda extraer mi imagen.
No puedes usar mis gráficos para vender plantillas o diseños imprimibles para que otros los personalicen. Puedes usar mis productos para crear archivos digitales imprimibles, pero deben estar en formato JPG o PDF y personalizados para tu cliente.
Derivados: Al utilizar mi obra de arte digital, se puede modificar para adaptarla a sus necesidades, pero no se puede reclamar como propia. Atribuya mi crédito en cualquier lugar de la descripción a Vira Funes Digital Designs/Little Twig Design Studio.
También está prohibido utilizar mi obra de arte en un diseño pornográfico o como parte de un diseño pornográfico.

Personal Use: All digital invitations and party printables artwork designed and created by J & G Design Studio Vira Funes Digital Designs/Little Twig Design Studio/DragonflyTwist Digital Designs is designated for Personal Use only.
Small Commercial Use: this use is permitted only on my digital clip art and paper packs.. Freebies are not to be used commercially in any way. Any other use, including big business or mass production of my artwork is prohibited and violates copyright infringement
Sharing of my artwork: None of my work is allowed to be shared in any way or on any site in whatever form whatsoever. The purchase of this clip art or any other of artwork only affords the the license for use only to you. Sharing and handing the purchased clip art or artwork as freebies is prohibited and violates the Terms of Use. Handing out or selling my artwork whether alone or as part of whole such as in freebies, printables. coloring sheets, etc is not allowed. If an individual willfully infringes my rights under the Copyright Act 1976, legal action will be taken and they could be liable for statutory damages as high as $100,000. Copyright laws do extend beyond the USA and to other countries.
Using my artwork "as-is": My digital artwork cannot be used "as-is" when using it for Small Business use. Taking my images and using them for digital or tangible products on a blank background with only text and nothing else is the same as redistributing my artwork and that violates my Terms of Use and Copyright. It must be included within a design of your own. None of my artwork can be the main or sole image on your products When using it for sale as a digital item, the same rules apply except that the item must be flattened as to where my image cannot be extracted.
You may not use my graphics to sell printable blanks or templates for others to personalize. You may use my products to create digital printable files but they must be flattened (jpg or PDF) and personalized for your customer.
Derivatives: When using my digital Artwork it can be altered to suit your needs but it cannot be claimed as own. credit me anywhere in the description with Vira Funes Digital Designs/Little Twig Design Studio.
Using my artwork in a pornographic layout or part of a pornographic design is also prohibited.
Please ask questions if you are unsure of my artwork's use. Not fully understanding or assuming a specific use that is questionable and possibly not allowed does not exclude you from infringing copyrights or violating my Terms of Use.
