DOMESTIC SHIPPING

Make sure the shipping address you provide is USPS verified. USPS has returned to us an unusually high number of orders going into the 2018 fall - winter shopping season. Orders returned, by USPS or FedEx, for any reason (No Such Address, Refused, Unable to Forward, etc.) will require payment to cover the cost of shipping a second time and repackaging if necessary. $5.00 will be added as an administration fee. We will bill this amount with an online invoice and it will have to be paid before an order ships a second time.

We use USPS First Class, USPS Priority, and FedEx Ground for shipping. Please keep in mind that once an order has been shipped it is no longer in our hands. J and P Wood Products cannot control shipping times and can only go by the estimated delivery times given by USPS or FedEx. It is up to the recipient to provide a safe, secure place for delivery. This may mean you need to have the Post Office or FedEx hold your parcels so you can personally pick them up.. If tracking shows your order has been delivered and you did not receive it, it is up to you to contact your local Post Office or FedEx about this. We can offer come guidance but we are not responsible for locating your order.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

All international orders are sent as eCommerce via USPS First Class Mail or for parcels 4 or more lbs., USPS International Priority. International Parcels are not insured for damage or non-delivery. If you want your order to be insured please contact us for the additional cost of insurance. USPS advertises international delivery as 1-2 weeks. Our experience is, it occasionally will take much longer. The recipient is responsible for any brokerage fees, duties, taxes, etc. It is up to the recipient to provide a safe, secure place for delivery. This may mean you need to have the carrier hold your parcels so you can personally pick them up.. If tracking shows your order has been delivered and you did not receive it, it is up to you to contact your local carrier about this. We can offer come guidance but we are not responsible for locating your order.
Additional policies and FAQs
Ready to ship time is is available in every listing and does not include delivery time. Domestic shipping normally takes an additional 2 - 5 business days.

We make puzzles with mixed case letters and All Capital Letters. Make sure you are purchasing from the correct listing. Your order will be made according to the listing you purchased from. If you purchase from a mixed case listing your order will be made in mixed case letters even if you key the name in all caps in the note box.

No refunds on personalized items. We will take care of our spelling errors or if we sent the wrong item. Customer is responsible for their spelling errors.

Frequently asked questions
Where do I put the name and gift note?

Please put names in the shopping cart note box for all personalized items. If ordering multiple items please note color for each. Gift notes should also go in the note box. We send a "gift packing slip" (no prices) with every order. If you included a gift note it will be highlight on the packing slip.

How big are the puzzles?

The size for each item is in the "Item Details" in each listing.

Care instructions

Puzzles and stools are not intended for use in wet locations. ie. Pieces should not be used for teething. Stools, if used in a bathroom, feet need to be dry. Finish is moisture resistant, but not waterproof.

Gift wrapping and packaging

We do not gift wrap, but will include a gift note. Gift notes should be included with the name for the puzzle or stool, in the shopping cart note box. (Our experience is PayPal gift notes do not work with etsy.) All puzzles and stools are shrink wrapped.

Wholesale availability

We do not wholesale.

May I add a shape to a single name puzzle?

We do not add shapes to single name puzzles. During the "slow" part of the year we make common names for the busy Holiday Seasons. If we put shapes on single name puzzles it would be impossible to build inventory that would cover all the options. Two and Three name puzzles are all custom, so we do add shapes to those.

What is your "Processing Time?"

Whatever you want to call it, "Turn Around Time", "Ready to Ship Time", "Production Time", or Processing Time", varies with the time of year and does NOT include the time it takes the shipper to get the order from us to you. The current time for each item is shown under "Shipping and Policies" in each listing.
