Jane Austen and Company is my book-inspired graphic design company based out of my home studio located beside the beautiful Ottawa River in the little city of Pembroke, Ontario, Canada.

I specialize in combining vintage illustrations with inspirational quotes. I am expanding my vintage inspired prints to home design and fashion accessories, including mugs, tote bags, skirts, and decorative throw pillows.

I am so proud to have my work in so many homes throughout the world, from Canada and the U.S. to the Netherlands, Germany, United Kingdom, Australia and more!

..........CANADIAN CUSTOMERS PRODUCTION AND SHIPPING TIMES....

- Each PRINT is made to order, which includes printing and drying time. Production time is currently approximately 2-8 business days, PLUS shipping time.

- PILLOWS are shipped directly from our manufacturer. Orders for Canadian customers normally ship within 2-8 business days of the order is placed. Shipping to Eastern Provinces takes about 3-6 business days and shipping to Western provinces can take 4-9 business days.

- Estimated shipping time for PERSONALIZED items is an additional 4-5 business days.

............UNITED STATES AND INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS..............

- Each PRINT is made to order, which includes printing and drying time. Production time is currently approximately 2-8 business days. All orders shipped domestically within the US will have a TRACKING NUMBER that can be tracked with USPS. International orders will not have a tracking number due to the fact that they are untraceable once they leave the USA.

- PILLOWS are shipped directly from our manufacturer. Currently, US and internationl orders are shipped on Tuesdays and Fridays from within the USA. Orders to US customers generally take 2-6 business days once shipped within the USA. International orders generally take 6-10 business days but may be delayed by the customs of your country. All orders shipped domestically within the US will have a TRACKING NUMBER that can be tracked with USPS. International orders will not have a tracking number due to the fact that they are untraceable once they leave the USA.

- Estimated shipping time for PERSONALIZED items is an additional 4-5 business days.

- Please understand that you are responsible for any duties and customs charges that may be incurred at the border. Etsy does not hold sellers responsible for unexpected customs fees or taxes. We encourage all buyers to familiarize themselves with their country's customs regulations before making international purchases.

If an item is marked as "Delivered" and you have not received it, follow these steps:
1) Verify the shipping address is correct and that you have a mailbox with your name on it.
2) Check in with anyone else that might have received the package for you (ie. roommate, family member, neighbor etc).
3) Bring the tracking to your local post office to see if they're holding it or they have any further information.

PLEASE NOTE

We are not responsible for stolen packages or any lost items that cannot have the insurance claimed (tracking labels that read "Delivered"). We are also not responsible for errors made by the Post Office. If your item is delayed past its "estimated arrival date" we apologize, but it is out of our control. We suggest filing a complaint with the USPS.

RETURNED ORDERS
Please verify that you have the correct mailing address before placing an order. If a customer has entered incorrect information, they are responsible for additional postage to resend it.
Refunds and Exchanges
I will happily remedy any concerns you have :)

Please undertstand that items cannot be returned due to the uniqueness of each item. We are a small, home-based, business. Each item is made to order - made with care for each indivudual customer. I send my designs to my manufacturer to have printed and shipped. We do not mass produce or store items at our home.
