Thank you for considering Jane McAdams Press for invitations for your special day! Jane designs and prints fine invitations custom to your event's colors and wording, and gladly works on new design made specially for you. Please contact me if you have any questions regarding samples, or color changes. Wedding invitations are not sold as a printable file, in order to make sure all designs are secure and all invitations are printed at the appropriate quality.
All Quotes are good for 30 days. All prices may be changed without warning but any contract will of course be good for the amount charged.
Orders can be rushed to as quickly as 2 weeks at a rush cost of $50. Custom designs can be started with deposit of a design fee of $50.
I accept paypal and checks. Orders paid by with check will not be begun until the check has cleared. Sales Tax is charged on items bought in the state of Alabama.
I ship insured USPS on all orders. International orders are all shipped USPS. I will always let you know the day I ship your order.
Samples are shipped by First Class Mail. They can take 2-6 business days to reach places in the US and up to 8 days for international orders. They are not tracked. If you would like tracking or priority mail, please let me know and I will add the postage charge to your custom listing.
Refunds and Exchanges
All printed projects will be proofed and previewed by customer as they are being designed and a final proof is required before printing. Please check carefully for misspellings and errors during the final proof. I check for errors, but will not be liable if the final proof is approved with an error. Due to the custom nature of printing no refunds or reprints can be made, with exception of an error on my part.
Postage and mailing of invitations is the responsibility of the client and I can only advise to
the best of my knowledge and experience. Jane McAdams Press cannot be held responsible for any extra postage or mishandling by the postal office when you mail out your invitations.
I strongly recommend bringing a sample set to the post office for pricing and best
delivery method, or mailing one to yourself. Please allow extra invitation suites in case of shipping mishaps.
