How I found my inner artist

When my children were very young my favorite activity with them was always play doh. I loved rolling out perfect snakes and making shapes out of them. When I finally had some extra time for myself, I noticed an add in the paper for pottery classes at a local studio. I wasted no time signing up and after several class sessions I became a member of the studio. I have never been more happy to discover anything. There was an artist within me that I was not even aware of!

I have since created my own studio, including my own kiln. I have a kick wheel I keep in Vermont so I can work in the open air, and an electric wheel in my basement in both Massachusetts and Vermont.
Now I can create no matter where I am.
