The bottom right of mine didn't have lace and the magnets were chipped. Overall it's ok. After getting this, the shop owner refunded me the full amount. I'm happy with the outcome

I love to combine the new with the old to create a product that is functional and useful today, and has the charm of days gone by. I accept PayPal as well as credit cards through Direct Check Out.

If you would like to have an item reserved, please send me a message. I will respond as soon as possible.
Shipping
Your purchased items ship within two working days of payment received.
Refunds and Exchanges
I accept returns within 7 days of receipt of item. I will pay postage both ways if customer is returning an item as a result of something I have done wrong, or if the purchased item is not as I described. Otherwise buyer will pay the postage. A refund will be issued upon receipt of returned item, providing it is returned in the same condition as when the customer received it.

I am sorry, but custom orders cannot be returned. Custom orders will ship with insurance coverage. If your item is damaged in transit, insurance will cover the loss.

Half of the total cost of a custom order must be paid at the time the order is placed. That amount is non-refundable. When the order is complete, the second half of the total order, plus shipping must be paid before the order is shipped.

My goal is 100% customer satisfaction. I will do my best to achieve that goal.
