USPS Priority Mail, Insurance, and USPS Tracking is used for my hand painted glass items, blanket items, and fleece material fabric. The jewelry items will ship USPS, 1st Class Mail, Insurance, and USPS Tracking. The holiday glass hand painted Christmas balls will ship USPS, 1st Class Mail, Insurance, and USPS Tracking. The vintage items will ship USPS, 1st Class Mail or Priority Mail, Insurance, and USPS Tracking.
Ships from US to US.
Every effort will be made to carefully pack your order. I will use bubble wrap, peanuts or newspaper, and strong boxes. Jewelry items will ship in bubble mailer envelopes.
Refunds and Exchanges
If you have received damaged items, please convo me right away and send me photos of the broken item, shipping box, and shipping materials. I can begin a claim with the Post Office. Please keep all the shipped items and packaging materials, as you may be asked to take all the materials to your local post office for inspection later. Please do not reship the package. Once the claim with the post office is initiated, I will try to replace the broken item, or may refund your purchase and shipping cost. If it is a broken vintage item, I most likely would not have a replacement for it, and would refund you, once the post office claim is in progress.
If tracking shows "delivered", but you didn't get it, please contact me, in a timely manner. You could check around with other household members, neighbors, somewhere else in the yard, your local post office, etc. Maybe someone brought it in and didn't tell you. If it can't be located, then we'd have to issue a "stolen package" claim. The buyer would need to participate in this claim. It would require a police report. A refund can be issued, after a full investigation, or a replacement can be done, if it's possible.
