Make Your Dream Come True

I've dreamed about creating interesting items that can bring happiness to people's lives. For a long time I wasn't sure how to make it happen.

At first I was just trying to self-learn graphic design. Until I found out about Etsy.com and all the beautiful items created by talents around the world. I was overwhelmed and realized that I can be a part of it.

So I started by designing my first digital invitation, then 2nd, 3rd... Now it has become a big motive for me to find inspiration and to create new items. I've enjoyed it every second.

I wish my work will continue bringing happiness to people's lives. As my daughter Evelyn enjoys watching my new designs. I hope you would like them too! :)

You are welcome to change fonts, colors, and wording or add any phrases, poems, or particular opening or closing lines to your design!

__________BUSINESS HOUR__________

Monday - Friday
9 AM - 5 PM (GMT +8:00) in Taiwan

__________ SIZES __________

Standard size is 5" x 7"

**Please specify at the time of order which size you would like; otherwise I will assume you would like 5" x 7" (standard size)**

If no size was requested at the time of purchase, the file will be created as the standard 5" x 7" size.


__________ TURNAROUND TIME__________

Current turnaround times are always posted on the front page of my shop (shop announcement). I work on orders in the same order as they are placed.

Most of the time, you will receive your proof within 24 hours. Although I try to get your proof to you within 24 hours, I do ask that you give me up to 48 hours since I am a stay at home mother of 3 children and life is always moving.

PLEASE NOTE: I will not process or start on orders until PAYMENT & all information and picture for the design is received! You can email your photo to janettechiudesign [!at] gmail.com .

Please do not send Word or PDF documents containing the party/event information. Even if we have been discussing details about the invite, please re-send the specifics at time of purchase (message to seller or via email at janettechiudesign [!at] gmail.com . Please do not send your party information via conversation since they might get lost.

I will send you a proof for your approval, so you can look over and double check the design, and review it for spelling errors. Please review your proof carefully and try to send all revisions to me at once, in a SINGLE email (not through Etsy conversation, it might get lost).

PLEASE PLEASE respond back to the email if you need any revisions to the invitation, not through Etsy conversations!!!!


__________REVISIONS__________

One week after your event day, the file will be deleted. I do not have the storage capacity to keep all files active. So please get revisions to me as soon as possible. Revisions to your order will not be made once the original party date has passed.

Payment
I accept Paypal. If you don't have a paypal account, you can use your credit card of choice through Paypal instead of having to sign up for an account.

Proofs will only be provided after payment has been made.
Shipping
Digital files are sent by emails, no physical item will be sent.

For printing service, all orders are sent via UPS to US address only.
Refunds and Exchanges
Due to the digital nature of of this item, I do not accept returns or offer refunds once work has begun and/or file has be sent!

I will do as many edits necessary until your design is exactly what you are looking for!! Your SATISFACTION is my #1 PRIORITY!!!!

If, for any reason you are not satisfied with your design, please contact me before leaving neutral/negative feedback. I will be happy to work with you!
Additional policies and FAQs
___________PHOTOS__________

All photos must be submitted as JPEGs with a resolution of at least 300 dpi for the best quality. I can not be held responsible for photos of poor quality or low resolution.

Please print a test sample on your home printer or at a local print shop before printing your digital file in bulk. If the colors don't turn out the way you wanted, I would be happy to adjust them and send you a new proof, but I can not refund money for the cards you already had printed.

Remember: Every monitor screen is calibrated differently, so the colors on your card when you receive them may be slightly different than what you see on your screen.

Q: How long will it take to receive my proof?
A: Within 24 -48 hours (Please check my currect turnaround time posting my my shop announcement)

Q: What sizes do you offer?
A: Standard size is 5" x 7" (Upon request 4" x 6" is also available)
Given this information, if you need another size due to printer standards or you change your mind after your proof has been started a custom size fee of $5.00 will apply to cover redesign time!

Q: What if I need my invitations ASAP?
A: Rush Order is available for an additional cost of $5.00 if you need your order sooner than my timeline presents.

Q: Where do I find envelopes?
A: You can find envelopes for a 4" x 6" and 5" x 7" invitations at Staples, Office Depot, Office Max, craft stores or an online supplier!

Q: Do you offer custom designs from scratch?
A: Yes, I do offer a custom designs from scratch for $18 for the digital file but you must contact me before-hand so we can discuss if your invitation design is do-able.
