my Item arrived pretty wrinkled due to bad packaging. Asked seller to either give me a clue how to flatten or replace the letter and I have gotten no response. With no customer service I would not order again.

My name is Jana and I specialize in wide format print & installation of wraps and murals on interiors, walls, vehicles, boats, coolers, helmets, decals, ATV's etc.
I have been in the graphics applications trade for over 15 years and decided to start my own design and wide format printing service in 2012... I run a Roland 54'' VS Printer with metallic printing and a 54'' Wide format RS Laminator. Both machines are run out of my home. I perform all the cleanings and part maintenance for my printer and laminator and have been using the Roland brand since my start in the sign business. Most Rewarding jobs I have done were for schools and daycares, bringing their hallways alive with art... Love inspiring the kids :)
