Will I see a proof before you print?
Yes! I never print a seating chart or welcome sign without your approval.
1. I will send a digital proof to your Etsy Inbox within 2-3 business days of receiving your details.
2. Please review this proof carefully for spelling, dates, and layout.
3. Once you reply with "Approved," your order will be prepped and printed.
What happens if I don't approve my proof in time?
Communication is critical for custom wedding items.
• 3 Days: If I haven't heard from you 3 business days after sending the proof, I will send a final reminder.
• 1 Week: The order will go into production if I do not receive a response within 1 week of the order date. This will most resemble the mock-up within the listing. (Unless a note is left specifying a certain style/format/text).
• Please note that prompt communication will result in quicker processing and shipping times! Later responses may have their ship dates adjusted accordingly.
What if I find a typo after the item arrives?
Because you are required to approve the final digital proof before production, I am not responsible for spelling errors or dates that were approved in the proof. Please check your guest names, wedding date, and venue spelling very carefully!
However, if the error was my fault (i.e., the print does not match the proof you approved), I will send a replacement immediately at no cost!
How long does shipping take?
Please check the "Estimated Delivery" date on the listing, but remember that delivery dates depend on how quickly you approve the proof.
• Delays in approving your design will result in delays in shipping.
• If your wedding is less than 3 weeks away, please message me before ordering to see if a Rush Order is necessary (additional charges may apply).
Can I commission a completely unique design or illustration?
At this moment, I am pausing custom-painted commissions/orders. I will reopen this once I can! If you're interested in a custom piece, feel free to message m,e and I'll provide you a quote and a timeline.

What if my frame or print arrives scratched, broken, or ripped?
Sometimes, transit isn't as careful with items as I'd like them to be! If your package comes damaged due to this, please get in touch with me with clear photos of the package and item.
For non-personalized items: I gladly accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is in its original, unused condition.
For personalized items: Because these pieces are made specifically for you, I cannot accept returns or offer refunds on personalized orders. However, if any item arrives damaged in transit, please contact me immediately and I will happily provide a free replacement.
