The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Returns and exchange details
We guarantee you will be thrilled with the piece you purchase! If for any reason you are not entirely satisfied with a piece, simply contact us within 14 days of the item arriving for a full refund minus the actual original shipping costs (this is sometimes greater than the charged shipping costs). Buyer is responsible for the return shipping costs as well as original shipping costs. All items must be returned fully insured with tracking and arrive in the condition it left our shop in to qualify for a refund.

Except in the case of damage, all custom orders, international sales and wholesale purchases are final and cannot be returned.
Shipping
All items are shipped via USPS, UPS or FedEx at our discretion. Items are shipped fully insured and we guarantee a safe delivery - in the unlikely event an item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours and we will ask you to package the item in the original packing materials and mail it back to us.

International clients must contact for a quote prior to purchase or be prepared to pay the shipping costs associated with the purchase. We do not quote or collect any customs, taxes, brokerage fees, etc. - under no circumstance will we mark an item for less than it's selling price on the customs form.

Wholesale Policies:

We love working with galleries and trade clients and offer wholesale discount terms.

Custom designs:
We can collaborate with you to create custom items for your clients, but in order to qualify for a wholesale discount an order must be for at least 5 identical examples of the custom design - making less than 5 of a customized design is inefficient and will not qualify for a wholesale discount.

Custom colors:
We can customize colors in your requested designs, but in order to qualify for a wholesale discount the agreed upon glaze combinations must be used in at least 5 pieces. Glaze combinations are chaotic and unpredictable, so while we will make every attempt to achieve your customized vision for the pieces, there is always risk that the combination will not be what you envision. As a wholesale order, no returns are accepted based on color results (except where flaws are present).

Shipping arrangements:
We pack all wholesale orders free of charge in our studio. We will then send finalized dimensions and weights for each package and the wholesale buyer provides us with an insured pre-paid label for the shipment. Any damage in shipment is the responsibility of the wholesale buyer to work out with the insurance company and returns/refunds will not be offered for damage incurred in shipment.
