Payment is only accepted through Pay Pal.
Items will be shipped out within two business days of your cleared payment through Paypal (membership not required). This excludes any items that are not readily available such as custom orders—please allow up to a possible 2-4 weeks in these cases.
For international orders, unless otherwise stated in the listing, items are shipped via Posta Romana, the national postal service, with tracking number. The delivery estimates are between 9 to 14 business days, depending on the country you reside in. (US/Australia/Canada/New Zealand-> 10-14 business days, EU-> 6-8 business days, China/Singapore/Japan-> 12-16 business days)
The buyer is responsible for any import/customs charges.

Refunds and Exchanges
Your complete satisfaction is of premiere importance. If it is determined that a return is the only option to turn your frown upside down, your money will be refunded (less original shipping costs) upon receipt of the item(s) in their original packaging provided you make your request within seven days of receipt of the item. You will be responsible for return shipping.
Exceptions: Custom pieces may only be returned if determined as faulty. An item that is damaged due to misuse cannot be returned for a refund; however, a repair service is offered.
As with returns, requests for exchanges must be made within seven days of receipt of the item. Due to the handmade nature of the pieces, exact exchanges are often not possible; however, the original value of the item can be applied to any other item currently available in the shop once it has been returned safely in its original packaging.
For any damages to jewellery occurring with regular wear, it should be possible, in most cases, to repair the piece(s). Simply email your request for a repair describing the issue. You should receive a response within 48 hours explaining what can be done. A small service fee not to exceed the item’s original value will be assessed on an individual basis in addition to shipping costs.
Damages at shipping:
I pack all my products carefully and suitably for the long journey, should damages to the products still occur, I will need you to send me a photo of the damaged/broken pieces. I do not issue a refund, but I do replace the broken piece. Postage is paid by Jasmin Blanc Studio as a compensation, the customer has to do the waiting until the product is remade (if there is none in stock) and the shipping is carried out.
I really want you to LOVE your purchase, so the most important is, that you ask me your questions so that we eliminate the likelihood of these kinds of situations.
Additional Policies and FAQs
In order to keep your new jewellery shining its best, especially if it’s sterling silver, please keep the item stored away. Do not wear your jewellery in the shower or while washing your hands (in the case of rings or even bracelets for the extreme hand-washing enthusiasts). You should also avoid wearing makeup or perfume anywhere the jewellery may contact the skin. Use polish or polishing cloths as necessary.
Please remember, that ceramics is a delicate material. Therefore it should be treated as such.
Jasmin Blanc will not be liable for any damage/expense/injury associated directly or indirectly with the use/misuse of the items.
