They were ok. Tasted a bit old. Of course the children didn't care. Perfect for our construction themed party.

I can't tell you enough how much I loved my order! Each one looked so professional and were sealed in their own little bag. They were packaged so well too! The messages looked so professional and were exactly what I wanted. Thank you! I will for sure be ordering again. May try the apples or oreos next time.

PLEASE READ ALL THE BELOW INFORMATION.

I've tried to list all the details you may need. If you have further questions, please don't hesitate to contact me THROUGH ETSY and I will get back to you in a timely manner.

Shipping
There is a current processing time of 1 - 3 BUSINESS days, excluding weekends and holidays. Made to order items can require additional days.

When you purchase an item through my shop, an email will be sent to you when your order has been shipped and it will include the tracking number so you can see where your package is and the expected delivery date.

If you need an item in a hurry, you MUST contact me prior to ordering and I will let you know of the possibility of processing your order earlier. If upgrading to Priority mail or Express Mail, there is still a processing time for me to get your order ready to mail.

I will only ship packages to the address listed on your Etsy order form. Please be sure it is accurate.

On all items in my shop, there is a BASE RATE for shipping and a WITH OTHER ITEMS rate. If you purchase more than one item, shipping costs are automatically calculated for cheaper shipping of the items when packaged and mailed together.

If you find that the shipping/handling costs are less than what you paid, I will issue a partial refund for the difference when you request it.

Please make sure you put the proper address in when checking out. In the event you have an incorrect address, I will have to cancel your order and you can purchase your items again with the proper shipping address entered at checkout in Etsy. I am NOT responsible for returned packages due to an incorrect address on your Etsy receipt.

International shipping costs are hard to get completely accurate and I do my best to have fair rates listed. ALL International packages are shipped AT THE LOWEST RATE possible. If you need your item quicker, you must pay for Priority or Express Mail for International shipping. You will not get an international tracking number unless you purchase the Express Mail option.

PLEASE NOTE!!
I AM NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST PACKAGES! Once I have mailed the package, it is out of my hands. You may add insurance to your package if you desire, but you MUST contact me prior to ordering for this option.

If you think your item has been lost in the mail, please contact me and I will help track it down to the best of my ability. If your tracking information shows that the package was mailed out by me, but is in limbo somewhere, refunds will not be given by me as I cannot be responsible for USPS and their mailing issues.

If you need an item by a particular date, I will do everything in my power to get it to you by that date, however, I cannot absolutely guarantee a package delivery date once it is mailed by me and in the hands of the USPS. Express Mail is the only guaranteed shipping method.

Please also be aware that USPS does not always update their tracking information on a daily basis and it just may be that it is still on its way, but information does not show it.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
*Please be aware international shipping takes a MINIMUM OF 1-3 WEEKS AND CAN TAKE UP TO 3 MONTHS TO ARRIVE. I have no control over this and tracking is not provided on any international orders unless you upgrade to International Express. I only ship with the United Stated Post Service.

I will not issue refunds for items lost in the mail. You may purchase Express Mail or Insurance if you are concerned about International Shipping.

ALL DUTY AND TAX FEES are your responsibility. All orders are marked MERCHANDISE on the customs form with proper values of the items in your package. It is illegal to mark a package as a gift or understate the value on the customs form and will NOT be done by this shop!

TRACKING FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: For International orders that need a tracking number you must upgrade to Express Mail. Additional costs apply but you will also get your order faster.

USA SHIPPING TIME FRAMES:

FIRST CLASS MAIL
All orders are shipped first class mail, unless they weigh over 13 ounces. First class mail can vary 3 to 5+ business days. There is no guarantee on delivery dates for first class mail.

PRIORITY MAIL
All packages over 13 ounces are automatically mailed via Priority Mail. You can also upgrade to priority mail if you need your package sooner, BUT YOU MUST CONTACT US PRIOR TO ORDERING. Priority mail averages 2-4 business days (once your package is mailed) depending on your location and this service is not guaranteed.

EXPRESS MAIL
Express mail is 1-2 business days guaranteed. YOU MUST CONTACT ME PRIOR TO ORDERING. I usually do not ship same day so Express mail may not be an option.


Price on shipping covers shipping AND handling. The charge covers shipping, packaging costs and other expenses and fees. We have a base starting price on orders and give reduced pricing when additional items are added to your cart.


Please contact me right away if you are missing anything from your order. If you are in the US and you would like that item reshipped, I will send it out to you at my expense or you can choose to have a refund for the missing item.

If you received the wrong items-order in some case you may be asked to ship back the incorrect item(s) and/or ask for you to take photo of what you were sent.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: If you are not in the US and are missing an item from your order due to the expense in shipping international orders you will be refunded for the missing item or you can choose to have that item added to a future purchase.


If a package is returned for any reason I will contact you. If there was a mistake in the address on my end, I will reship your order at no cost to you. If it has been returned because you listed the wrong address in Etsy or any other reason and you choose to have it resent, there will be additional shipping charges to reship your order.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL! If you receive your order and for some reason ship it back without contacting me first, you will NOT be refunded for the items. For safety and health reasons I do not take items back as stated in each listing. All sales are final.

Refunds and Exchanges
Because of health and safety reasons, and because most of the items I have listed are used in food preparation, I DO NOT OFFER RETURNS OR EXCHANGES.ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

If items are returned to me without an authorization first, I will not issue a refund for the items, or for the shipping. If you receive a damaged item, a picture of the damaged item must accompany a request for refund or exchange, and sent it to me ASAP.

I DO NOT offer a refund for orders that are delayed in shipping. Please be sure to order well in advance of when you need items as I have no control over delivery times for USPS. Even if you upgrade to priority shipping the time frame for delivery can fluctuate. I am not responsible on how long it may take for your order to arrive and will not refund any shipping if an order is delayed.

I try my best to take the photos in natural daylight however please note all computer monitors show color differently so the photo is just an example. The colors of products viewed on a phone or tablet can vary greatly compared to looking at a computer monitor. Please view on a computer monitor for the closest color representation.
