JazzyGranny's Shop Announcement

I love to make colorful, unique clothes for my 7 grandchildren, but I like to make things which are a little...shall we say unique, different, out of the ordinary!!!

My plan for 2014 is to open another Etsy shop with sewing and other craft and decor items for the home. Stay tuned for some new items I will be doing, my newest idea is to up-cycle old, holey jeans into twirly skirts! I've been experimenting with some hair bows and flowers for hair decorations, too. There will also be decorative pillow covers and wall art.

Everything I make is made in a smoke free home. I was forcibly retired, so I am able to devote full time to my craziness (I mean...creativity).

Please allow 7 to 10 days for custom orders. I LOVE TO DO CUSTOM WORK!!! Everything I create can be made in other yarns, sizes, colors, etc. Don't hesitate to ask if you see a style you like, but would like it made another way.

I would like to say a HUGE thank you for my awesome banner and avatar to: http://accentuate.etsy.com

JazzyGranny's Shop Policies

Welcome

Welcome to my shop!!! I have been knitting, crocheting and sewing since I was a small child and have only recently had the opportunity to devote myself to creating full time. My intention was to create for my grandchildren, but my daughters felt I should share my creativity with others.

Payment

Payment is by PayPal or credit card. I also accept Etsy Gift Cards. If your order is something I have on hand I will ship as soon as payment clears, if it is a custom order I require payment with the order and will ship within 7 to 10 days after payment clears. You may cancel custom orders within 7 days of order.

Shipping

Shipping will be by USPS. If you wish something other than this you may convo me prior to placing the order.

Refunds and Exchanges

I will not do refunds on custom orders. In the case of shipping errors I will not do refunds unless I am at fault, i.e., improper addressing of package on my part.
