Even as a kid I've always found pleasure in making things. A few years ago I figured it was time to share my talent with the world. I love learning new things and adding different things to my shop. Hey everyone! This is the boring, but necessary part.

If you are paying with Paypal I expect payment to be made within three days of the purchase. Exceptions can be made if you message me, otherwise, the item will be re-listed.

Purchased items will be shipped within one business day.
If you are paying with Paypal but sending an e-check I will ship the item as soon as the funds become available to me.

Purchases made via direct checkout (ie - Debit/Credit card or Etsy gift card) will be shipped on the next business day, unless specified by the shop announcement.

I am no longer accepting checks or money orders, and I apologize for any inconvenience.

If you have any questions or concerns please send me a conversation, and I will do my absolute best to help you out.
Shipping
Purchased items are shipped the next business day following payment. Please note, that items purchased on Friday are shipped out on Monday.

All packages are shipped first class with tracking confirmation. Insurance and priority options are available for a shipping upgrade.

First class shipping within the United States typically takes 3-5 business days. During the holidays or severe weather, packages can be delayed however.

International shipping typically takes between 10-14 business days. However, if packages are flagged by customs, they can take up to 30 business days to arrive. (Please note business days do not include weekends).
Refunds and Exchanges
If you do not receive your item within 30 business days of the shipping date, and tracking has not updated, I will replace your items free of charge. (If this ever happens, expect a free gift for the inconvenience.)

Please note that I do not constantly check the shipping status of my orders, so if you have any concerns, please send me a conversation. I will do my very best to insure that your package is located and you are completely satisfied.

I will only issue a full refund if you receive your item, and it is completely damaged. The refund will cover the cost of the item only (not the shipping). Refunds will be issued as soon as I can confirm that the item was damaged, with a photo confirmation. If this does occur (it is extremely rare), please send me a conversation. If you would prefer to have the item repaired or replaced, I will cover all shipping costs and supply costs.

If tracking on your item confirms that it was delivered, yet you still do not have it, I will do my best to help you locate it.
