If you receive a damaged or faulty item, please return it to us as outlined below and we will offer you a replacement or a refund.
To return an item, we kindly ask that the item be sent to us clearly marked RETURNS, unused in its original packaging. Please include a copy of your order and order ID plus any instructions you wish us to carry out. Our returns address is:
