It is Jeezum Crow's aim and honor to provide you with fun, well-made, preowned pieces to help you express yourself through fashion. We believe strongly in recycling and our favorite way to do so is to buy, sell and wear vintage.

As we are a very small business, we do not offer returns at this time. However, you are always welcome to make an offer on anything in our shop, and if there is ever an issue with your order, please contact us and we'll try to find a way to work it out. ;)

The Crow gets 99 percent of its merchandise from charity shops, so a portion of your purchase always supports these noble causes, too. The lion's share of our unsold merchandise is donated back to church clothing drives, The Salvation Army, etc. to pay it all forward. We periodically donate a portion of our profits to charities such as Kitten Angels Cat Rescue, The Red Cross, various global gofundme / kickstarter projects and so much more. It is my aim to make a positive impact in the world in as many ways as possible - and you guys are helping me do that each time you make a purchase.

About

Salvaging the Sartorially Snazzy Since 1984.

One day in 2003, I peered into my bedroom closet and realized the metal hanging bar was about to collapse under the weight of my burgeoning attire.

I envisioned myself seated in a metal folding chair amid a roomful of people, cup of instant coffee in hand, sheepishly admitting that I was powerless against my addiction.

Something had to give (and I was hoping it wouldn't be my hanging storage rod).

I thought to myself, "maybe there are other cool chicks out there with unique style who care about recycling and would love to adopt some of my thrifted treasures."

After some research, I discovered that indeed there were many other gals who valued quality construction, recycling and -- most of all -- items with a story to tell, as much as I did!

Thus I listed my first dress on eBay, planting the seeds for what is now Jeezum Crow Vintage here on Etsy.

I do absolutely everything you see in this shop all by myself, from finding your treasures to taking photos to modeling a lot of the clothing. I am a one woman dog and pony show for my kick-ass customers. :o)

    Greetings! I'm Jess, the dreamer of dreams here at Jeezum Crow Vintage. I've lived in NY's Hudson Valley my whole life, and have had a passion for vintage since I was a little girl frequenting yard sales and flea markets with my mom. :o)

Ever since I was a little girl, I have always loved vintage clothing and antiques. My mom and I would scour flea markets, garage sales and junk shops for treasures. I still love to do these things more than anything, but I find that I don't have enough room to store all of the goodies I find. Thus, I like the idea of passing my treasures onto you guys and gals to give them good homes and love them. It's my honor and pleasure to provide you with the coolest shoes, housewares, accessories, skirts, pants, shirts and vests! I hope you love my items as much as I do. :o)

Sorry for the inconvenience, but we do not offer refunds, returns or exchanges at this time.

I do my best to provide accurate measurements, photos and an honest assessment of product condition so customers can determine if the item is the right for them before making a purchase. I look over my merchandise very carefully before sending it out. We do not issue refunds or exchanges on the basis of something not fitting or condition issues (because pictures and the description give details of this). It is the buyer's job to look over the pictures and read each description carefully before buying. I am more than happy to answer any questions before you buy.

Note that our clothing is vintage (at least 20 years old) so there may be (and usually is) minor wear. All of our clothing is carefully inspected for any damage and damage is reported in the ad, if any. My idea of "excellent" "very good" or "poor" condition may be different from yours, which is why it is so very important to read the description and check out each picture.

I also can't guarantee that any of the items sold haven't been exposed to pet dander, cigarette smoke, and/or other smells and allergens. If I notice a strong fragrance on something I will make note of it. I recommend washing all items per the care instructions upon receipt if possible.
Payment
Direct checkout (which can be used with any major credit card) is the best ways to pay for items. Pay Pal is also accepted.

All payments must be received within 3 days of winning the item or transaction will be canceled. Sorry, but money orders are not accepted.

Feel free to convo me with any questions or if you want to present an offer. I will consider any requests and do my best to get back to you in a timely fashion. :o)
Shipping
I typically ship larger items (i.e.: coats) USPS Parcel Post, because it's least expensive for you. International packages are nearly always shipped first class to cut costs for you.

Please convo me before completing the transaction if you would like a faster shipping method. Faster methods typically cost more money (especially overseas) so it's important to notify me prior to purchase so I can adjust the price to give you the shipping speed you need.

If the shipping price ever seems high, feel free to ask about the final cost after I have shipped your item. I always keep my receipts and would be totally happy to refund you the difference if the cost was more than $3 over what I had originally charged you.

Seller is not responsible for damage, theft or loss during shipping due to postal service mishandling.

Customs and import taxes:

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.

Please Note: International shipping time varies greatly from location to location. For instance, I have seen it take well over a month for orders to make it to their destinations in Mexico and Thailand. The shipping time varies based on your country, mail volume, etc.

Unless stated otherwise, there is only one of each item available. This means that the item is one of a kind and, unfortunately, I typically don’t have more than one size of an item on hand.

Sizing Information:

If I put something like “small to medium” or “XS/Small” in the listing, this is a range of the sizes I believe the one item I have could fit. Comparing the measurements provided to a similar item you already have (that fits well) is the only way to really know if something will fit you. Hopefully this clears up any confusion. :o)

Please compare the measurements provided to a similar article of clothing that fits you well, laid out flat. That's the best way to know if something will fit you or not in terms of measurements.
