About

a glimpse inside an artists inability to focus

I have always loved building stuff, taking things apart and figuring it out. It's led to a life of design and prototypes. It's the development phase that I am passionate about, being a part of the solution. Being aware of the entire process is a result of over 15 years of physically fabricating ideas.

So I really enjoy craftsmanship, clever details and Play doh.

Lets not do what we've always done, how about something better.

Payment
I accept paypal. You don't have to have a paypal account to purchase through paypal if you have a credit/debit card. Payment must be completed in full before orders are shipped. Your package will be shipped within one week (although every effort will be made to ship within 2-4 days).

Paypal accepts credit cards, debit cards, and e-checks.
If paying by e-check, the item will not be shipped until the check has cleared.
The standard clearing time on a payment made by e-check through paypal is about 7 days, give or take.

When you add something from my shop to your cart you have three days to complete payment or the sale will be canceled and the item will be relisted.

** The "other" payment option is provided for customers who are paying with a shop gift certificate. Therefore, please do not choose the "other" payment method upon checkout, unless you have a gift certificate clearly stating it is to be used at www.jefficus.etsy.com.
Shipping
Most orders will ship via USPS First Class Mail. International orders are shipped via USPS 1st class International Mail. Insurance is not covered in the listing; please contact me if you'd like for me to insure your package.

I will be shipping your order to the address on your Paypal account unless otherwise directed. Simply convo me to have it sent to a different address, or if it is a gift.

I make every effort to reuse and recycle materials for shipping whenever possible. Don't fret, your package will arrive securely and looking attractive in its upcycled duds.

LOCAL buyers - send me a convo if you prefer to schedule a pickup rather than paying for shipping.
Refunds and Exchanges
I want you to love your purchase! If you are at all not satisfied, please contact me within a week of receiving it and I will replace it with an item of equal value. You will be responsible for returning the originally purchased item (along with shipping costs).

Lost package? If a package seems to have been lost in the mail, I will replace your item. Please allow 4 weeks before your package is deemed "lost".
Additional policies and FAQs
CUSTOM WORK: Custom projects are typically done with artifacts that I currently have in my studio inventory. If you have an item you'd like converted, please provide photos (different angles) and a sketch of your vision for the piece. Shipping of the artifact to/from my West Michigan studio is your responsibility. In addition, a written and signed agreement will be drafted outlining the scope of work and due dates. If you are sending your own item, you are agreeing that the item may be permanently altered or broken in the process. I do my utmost to avoid major alterations and if I can see that destruction is possible, I will not move forward without your written consent.
Payment on any custom work: Half of total to begin. Second half plus actual shipping charges before the item leaves my studio. I use Paypal invoicing.

Some of the items listed in my shop can be altered for your specific application, please convo me to discuss the details.
