I accept PayPal, Debit/Credit Card and Etsy gift cards. If the item is already made, I will ship it as soon as the payment has cleared. If the item is made to order or a custom order, please allow up to 2 weeks after payment is received for the item to ship. Once the package has shipped it takes about 3-5 business days for the package to arrive.
I ship all of my orders with USPS. A confirmation email will be sent to you with a tracking number once your package has shipped. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to be available for viewing online. Once the package is out of my hands it is then in the care of the United States Postal Services. If your package happens to get lost or damaged, please contact your local post office for further information as this is beyond my control.
Due to the increase in shipping costs I will no longer be offering shipping outside of the US unless requested.
Refunds and Exchanges
Because all of my items are custom made, returns are not accepted. However, I would be happy to exchange your item for a different size. Please message me if you have any concerns and I will do my best to accomodate your needs. You will be responsible for shipping charges to send the package back for exchange.

Additional Policies and FAQs
If you are unsure of what size to order, please leave head measurement in notes at check-out so I can be sure to get the right size for you. I make all of my hats based on standard measurements, but all babies and children are different! To measure, measure around the head right above the eyebrows. If you need an item "Rushed" to get to you by a specific time, please message me and we can work out details. An additional fee of $10.00 will apply to all rushed orders. Other additional shipping charges may apply if you want the item shipped express, overnight, etc.
