Returns and exchanges
I gladly accept returns and cancellations

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Returns and exchange details
I take great pleasure and pride in creating my jewelry and I want you to be happy with any and all purchases from my shop. Please contact me immediately with any concerns once your package arrives.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with an item, please contact me so we can try to work out any issues. I accept returns within 14 days and will refund your purchase price (minus shipping costs) provided I have received the returned item in its original condition.

I will gladly replace any item that is damaged when received. Depending on the item, I will either ask for its return (I will pay the shipping charges.) or a picture of the damages.
Payment
I accept PayPal, all major credit cards and Etsy gift cards. Payment is expected when purchasing unless other arrangements have been made previously. Massachusetts residents pay the current sales tax.
Shipping
I ship items within 1-2 business days (in most cases the same day) to the US and international destinations. I mail domestically with first class which includes domestic tracking.

I cannot be responsible for delivery of items once they have been mailed; time varies greatly with first class postings but generally, most items are received within 3-5 business days within the US.

International packages are mailed with a USPS Customs Declaration number which at this time allows ONLY Canadian buyers to track their packages. All other international purchasers should allow up to 4 weeks for delivery.

CUSTOMS AND IMPORT TAXES:

Packages shipped internationally may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and/or fees imposed by the destination country. Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I cannot be held responsible for delays due to your country's customs regulations.

At this time I do not list the shipping charges to individual countries, but if you wish to purchase an item from my shop, please convo me. I will research the cost of shipping to your country before you make any purchases.

If you need the package delivered as soon as possible, I do offer upgrades in postage from first class to Priority in my shop's listings. This is usually quite an expensive add-on, but I will be happy to check with my post office to obtain the least expensive way to expedite your item(s) if you prefer a different method of shipping such as International Priority or Express.

All jewelry items are packed in a gift box with bubble wrap and in a padded envelope. Vintage items are packed in a combination of bubble wrap, peanuts, and packing material.
