Announcement   Welcome! This shop is maintained by myself, Jennifer Pratt.

My artistic style ranges from colorful painterly gestures to traditional realism. While my color palette and technique is diverse, my artwork is distinct. Painterly gestures, subtle movements and unusual angles are recurring themes. Whether it be horses or landscape, I insist on studying each subject I paint live. This helps me fully understand what I am painting and it’s background. It also creates a personal attachment to each artwork I create, as I am able to say 'I've been there', with each and every painting.

My commissioned and original artworks hang in homes throughout North America and I am proud to have longstanding relationships with my collectors. I started my artistic career over 13 years ago in Ontario, Canada. I relocated with my family to Portland, Oregon in the summer of 2013. I began painting landscapes in the summer of 2014, inspired by the great Pacific Northwest region we now live.

This is a very beautiful painting. The colors are even brighter in person. Thank you so much for a wonderful piece of art.

Payment
I accept, paypal, cheque, money order and email bank transfers.

If you are paying via Paypal, please pay within 48 hours of your purchase. If you are paying via other methods, you must let me know via conversation or email. I will then mail the item once I receive your payment.

I will also work with you any way I can to make your shopping experience pleasant! However, I reserve the right to cancel a transaction if I do not receive a payment within 48 hours or at the very least a communication regarding any problem you might be having completing the transaction.
Shipping
I try to ship within 1-2 days of receiving payment. All prints and paper originals come shipped rolled in a tube or in a rigid 'foamcore sandwich' to ensure they stay flat. Original paintings are 'sandwiched' between rigid surfaces, then depending on the size and if they are framed, they are boxed or bubble wrapped. If you buy more than one item, I will ship them together.

International purchases, please contact me for shipping costs, dependent on your location. My shipping preference is USPS Priority so we have tracking on all purchases. If you have another shipping preference or an account you would like it billed to, please contact me to make arrangements within one day of your purchase. All my paintings are shipped using a trackable service, this makes the cost a little higher, however ensures both the client and myself a smooth delivery. If you wish to save shipping costs by using regular post, please contact me and I will provide another shipping quote.

Most important - clients are responsible for tracking and receiving their packages once shipment notice and tracking information has been sent. If your package is not received on the expected delivery dates (which on rare occasion happens) I must be notified within ONE week to provide effective trace service from the courier. ~ thank you
Refunds and Exchanges
I want you to be absolutely thrilled with your purchase! If you are not completely satisfied, I will accept returns and refund you the money minus the shipping costs. However, there are no returns on commissioned works. You do see a copy of any commissioned work before it is shipped to ensure you are happy with the results.

If you are considering a return you MUST contact me within 3 days of receiving the item and it must be mailed back to me in good condition within 10 days. The same applies for exchanges. No exceptions please
