About the Artist

Jennifer Damrow resides in Madison, Wisconsin as a full time jewelry designer and owner of Exclusive Inspirations. She works with her husband and partner Eric Radant to create unique designs from their hand cut gemstones. Each gemstone is hand selected and/or collected and cut by both Jennifer and Eric. Each is carefully selected for beauty and artistic allure.
Jennifer uses Argentium Sterling Silver and 14/20 14kt gold filled wire to create her one-of-a-kind designs. All of her stones are unique and come from numerous locations from across the globe! Jennifer and Eric are fortunate to be able to work closely with the owners of gemstones mines to bring you a unique and diverse selection!

Jennifer grew up on a farm south of Mosinee where she learned about the gem, mineral and fossil world from her father, Paleontologist Dan Damrow. After growing up with the business, and developing a love for unique stones, Jennifer decided to start her business in 2002 with her father. She soon developed her own business, Exclusive Inspirations, in 2007.

Jennifer & Eric travel to gem and art shows across the Midwest throughout her year. Local Businesses are carefully selected to display the most special pieces, and selections are updated regularly.
“I hope you enjoy and appreciate the uniqueness of each stone and cherish it forever. These are some of the real treasures of our planet.”

Thanks so much for visiting the Exclusive Inspirations Etsy Store! Many of you may know us from seeing us at various gemshows or artshows in Wisconsin and Illinois, and hello to all of you! To our new friends and customers from outside our show area whom we haven't met yet- hello to you, as well! :)

We are from Madison, WI and have been in the "rock business" for over 15 years now. On average, we do about 100 events and shows a year. Jenny does all of the wire-work you see here by hand, and Eric cuts many of the stones you see. We travel to international rock and gem shows to meet with miners from all over the world to get our materials, so nothing is ordered out of catalogs or mass produced.
Everything is handmade and one of a kind!

Thank you again for your business!
-Jenny & Eric

Returns and exchange details

Because we are so busy outside of our internet stores with our 100+ events a year, all sales are final.

We honestly don't have the time to worry about having to ship things back and forth or issuing refunds, so we do not take returns/exchanges. Please ask whatever questions you may have before you buy! We are more than willing to answer any questions you have, take more pictures, and even post a video on the higher ticket items to clear up anything else you may need to know before you purchase. If in doubt, don't buy it! All returned packages will be denied.

Thanks for your understanding!
We accept PayPal and credit cards through Etsy Direct Checkout. If you do not have an account with PayPal, you can pay for your purchase via credit card through the PayPal web site. Payment must be received within 24 hours or sale will be cancelled. There are NO EXCEPTIONS to this. Please don't click buy if you're not ready to pay, you're only hurting us and your Etsy reputation!
This information is up to date. It may conflict with some of our early Etsy listings, but we are working to update the old listings

Shipping will be USPS 1st Class or Priority (sometimes flat rate for heavy or weird shaped items) with insurance and delivery confirmation. USA and Canada shipping only. We will ship to other countries; please message for all other international orders. I do combine shipping among multiple purchases to save you as much as possible, and will keep a box open if you message me and we work something out. Shipping and Handling starts at $6.95 and is on average $1-3 extra per item depending on weight and insurance/value. We keep shipping as low as possible. If you require additional insurance, you must ask for it to be added. Medium Flat Rate boxes are now $16.00, which is the USPS price.

All packages will be shipped to the address provided on the invoice. If the buyer provides the wrong address and the package is returned, the buyer is responsible for any new shipping and handling charges. A minimum of $6.50 will be required to re-ship any returned packages. The buyer must pay for shipping through Etsy before the item will be re-shipped. The returned item will be held for 90 days or until the return shipping Etsy listing expires. After that period of time, unclaimed items will be forfeit by the buyer and become the property of Exclusive Inspirations.

There is no refund for returned packages.

All of our packages are normally sent with only delivery confirmation, tracking, and insurance. You can request that your package is signature required if you message us when you place the order.

If your package is over $500 dollars in value however, signature WILL be required. USPS policy is that any package insured for $500 or more is a signature required delivery. Please keep this in mind when filling out the shipping information upon checkout.
Additional policies and FAQs

First and foremost, we stand by our work. If a stone comes out of a ring, or you have an issue with a wire-wrapped piece, we will do whatever needed to fix the problem! However, we will not give credit for stones that are broken or lost. We may use stones with inclusions, but never do we work with stones that are broken or seriously fractured. If you are personally worried about breaking something with an inclusion or natural fracture, do not buy it. We want you to be happy with your purchase, not scared of it!

We no longer give any discounts or exchange credit for broken or damaged rings, pendants, or other items.

We use natural gemstones (unless otherwise stated) along with precious metals. We use sterling silver (.925) and 14/20 gold or rose gold filled wire (unless otherwise stated). Our silver square wire is .975 silver mixed with argentium to slow the tarnishing process.

To help protect your jewelry, we suggest storing it in a plastic bag when you are not using it and keep it in a cool, dry location. Avoid things like hairspray, suntan lotion, and other agents that may cause discoloration and/or damage to the metal as well as the stones that are used. Use a polishing cloth or silver cleaner that is safe to use with pearls as a general rule for cleaning jewelry with natural stones.

The following are for specific items, but general care instructions are pretty straightforward. Ask if you have questions!

ALL JEWELRY: Always remember: You can chip, scratch and crack a diamond, which is a 10 on the hardness scale. That being said, you can definitely chip, scratch and crack all other stones if you aren't careful, so be aware when you're wearing them! Avoid submerging your jewelry and stones in liquids to ensure no moisture gets into any micro-cracks or inclusions within the stone. Avoid lotions or over exposure to sunlight and extreme temperatures.

METEORITES: Meteorites are metal. Usually iron or nickle, when exposed to moisture, they can and will rust if you get them wet on a regular basis. We sometimes use rhodium-plated meteorites for our jewelry (depending on the type) to give them an extra layer of protection against the elements, but you still must be aware while wearing them, especially in rings where moisture can get trapped against the metal. Never saturate or submerge a meteorite in liquid. They will last a lifetime if you treat them right! :)

AMBER: Amber is fossilized tree sap/resin. Chemicals such as suntan lotions and hairsprays will degrade, damage, or discolor the amber. Avoid direct sunlight, store in a cool dry place.

OPALS: Opals are mostly water. Don't leave them in the sun and keep them away from hairspray and other chemicals.

Above all, use common sense. We are not responsible for damage due to negligence. We want you to love the pieces, but wearing anything 24/7 is asking for trouble. Take them off before you go to bed or take a shower. Do the basics and you be able to enjoy your piece for years to come.

Never hesitate to ask if you have questions about the things you've purchased from us! We are here to help and stand by our work! :) Feel free to use the "Contact Us" link above to send a question if you have one!

Thanks for your support!

All items are shipped in a protective brown box with a lid with the item(s) bagged inside. Earrings are typically on cards, as well.
