HOW CAN I PAY FOR MY PURCHASE?

I am currently only accepting PayPal payments.

CAN I GET A REFUND?

I am happy to offer a full refund for all items except photo prints on aluminium and photo prints behind acrylic glass for 14 days after purchase. To get the full refund the items have to be in sellable condition and sent back to me on your behalf.

SPECIAL CONDITIONS

It is important to know that photo prints behind acrylic glass are custm-made for a distinct purchase. Therefore I cannot provide a refund for these items anyway (except they are damaged).

Sometimes shipping to a specific country is not possible at all or only possible for different shipping costs. If that's the case with your order I will contact you immediately with more information. Of course you will than have the option to cancel your order at no costs.

WHAT SHIPPING PROVIDER DO YOU USE?

The items are shipped either with UPS or DHL.

HOW LONG DOES THE SHIPPING TAKE?

All items are custom-made for a distinct purchase. Please allow 3-5 days for photo prints and 1-2 weeks for photos behind acrylic glass in the EU. International orders may take longer.

CAN I TRACK THE SHIPMENT?

Yes, shippings with UPS or DHL can be tracked by the tracking code provided.

THE ITEMS ARE DAMAGED - WHAT SHALL I DO?

Please contact me immediately and it would be great if you could provide photos of the damaged items or the damaged packing. You will receive a free replacement as soon as possible.

HOW ARE THE ITEMS MADE?

I have taken and print optimized all photographs by myself. I have also stichted all panorama photos manually with special software.
The prints are custom-made by an international accredited photo lab on high quality photo paper with special equipment only. Only quality approved items are shipped in special packaging.

DO YOU OFFER CUSTOM SIZES?

It depends on your needs. Please get in touch with me to see what would be possible to make.
