The print is absolutely lovely. I'm so happy. I adored Feanor and his sons. Thank you.

I've followed Jenny Dolfen's art for a very long time, and I decided to take the plunge because my best friend needed some cheer in her life. This tote bag is perfect for carrying around basic essentials when running around. It's super soft, and the print is beautifully vibrant and adhered fantastically. I also received one of my favorite pieces of hers in smaller form of 'The Harp No Longer Sings' featuring a sad Maglor. I also got a small version of 'As Little Night Be Thought', which I've always found heartbreaking. Her art is always done with such love that I feel the sadness, the hurt, or joy. A fantastic artist and well worth every single penny! The package was perfect and secure, as well, with a very reasonable ship time.

2 more stunning additions to my collection from my favourite Tolkien artist. <3 Again, I cannot thank Jenny enough for repeatedly creating such treasures (this time: "Wardens of the North" and "Spirit of Fire"). Not only do I admire her superb painting skills, I also prefer her matting skills to that of my local photographers. Definitely not my last purchase from this shop! :)

Welcome and thank you for your support of my art!

To make sure you get the best possible quality with my prints, I print them myself, on archival paper with excellent lightfastness, or have them done at a local shop where they do excellent work. The originals you can buy from me are also painted with light-fast media, to make sure you can enjoy them for many years.

Returns and exchange details
I always take great care to package my products so that they handle the journey without damage. If you should receive any piece of mine damaged, please let me know what happened, and I will do my best to fix the problem. This goes for custom or personalised orders, as well.

If an original was lost or damaged in transit, the insurance should cover that. Please let me know what happened and we'll take care of it.
Payment
I accept payments through Etsy by PayPal, Credit Card, and Etsy Gift cards.

Payment for commissions (custom orders) are always due up front (please see my commission guidelines for more info: goldseven.wordpress.com/commission-info/)

For orders outside the EU, your country may apply taxes.
Shipping
My prints are packaged flat, backed with cardboard and wrapped in a transparency bag, and come in sturdy cardboard envelopes. The same goes for originals (additionally padded).

Stickers ordered on their own are sent in a regular envelope, padded with paper.

Oversize special edition prints or originals larger than 19 inches are packaged in long cardboard boxes (think tubes, just not round).

If you would prefer any order to be trackable, choose the "extra protection/tracking" item along with your order.

Originals are always sent insured as a registered letter (unless you wish to risk sending them uninsured); this is already considered in the shipping cost. In some countries, taxes may apply.

If nothing else is stated in the item description, all my originals are painted with lightfast materials on archival paper. I use Daniel Smith's granulating paints in most of my work, so if any originals (or prints) have a flaky texture in them, that is intentional.

I usually send shipments out the day after they were ordered. Keep in mind that, depending on your time zone, if you order something in the morning it may already be afternoon for me. My local post office is a total mess, so I have to take parcels to the next town, which usually takes a day or two.

Within Germany, they ship via Deutsche Post. Outside Germany, I send everything by Air Mail. Times range from one day (Germany) to a week (most of Europe) and two to four weeks (America, southern and Eastern Europe, Canada, Asia). In rare cases, especially to the US, Canada, and Mexico, packages may take four to eight weeks.
