5 out of 5 starsThough I brought this one for my Uncle I'm tempted to steal it for myself as the artwork and attention to detail is beautiful would highly recommend. It's such a privilege to own artwork, badges etc by this artist :)

5 out of 5 starsThis was a replacement for a pin I lost, so I knew what I was getting - and was not disappointed. :-)

5 out of 5 starsJust received the Hunt, and it is so amazingly beautiful that I am afraid to handle it ;)
Great packaging, swift delivery, and the extra postcard is beautiful as well !
Now the framing problem starts again…
Thank you so much for sharing your wonderful art ! -

5 out of 5 starsOutstanding as always! With the cosplay dormice, Jenny Dolfen is at her humorous best. The art cards are not only excellently drawn, but also infinitely amusing. The dormice play the roles of recognizable (pop-)cultural icons, and they play them very well indeed. Thank you for bringing a smile to my face!
Shop policies
To make sure you get the best possible quality with my giclée prints, I have them done at a local shop where they do excellent work. The originals you can buy from me are also painted with light-fast media, to make sure you can enjoy them for many years.
My enamel pins are designed by me and manufactured in China (as are all enamel pins you can find on Etsy and other places).

Returns and exchange details
If an original was lost or damaged in transit, the insurance should cover that. Please let me know what happened and we'll take care of it.
Originals are exempt from returns, unless there is something wrong with them. Please contact me within seven days of delivery if that is the case.
Payment
For orders outside the EU, your country may apply taxes.
Shipping
Delivery times range from one day (Germany) to a week (most of Europe) and two to four weeks (America, southern and Eastern Europe, Canada, Asia). In rare cases, especially to the US, Canada, and Mexico, packages may take four to eight weeks. I know how frustrating it is to wait for something, but please wait out those times before contacting me when you think your order may have got lost. Usually, they do turn up!
My A4 prints are packaged flat, backed with cardboard and wrapped in a clear bag, and come in sturdy cardboard envelopes. The same goes for originals (additionally padded).
A3 prints are shipped in a long box.
Stickers and ACEOs ordered on their own are sent in a regular envelope, padded with paper.
Pins are sent in cardboard boxes with bubble wrap, or in padded mailers.
Books are shipped in wraparound cardboard envelopes.
Originals are always sent insured (unless you wish to risk sending them uninsured); this is already considered in the shipping cost. In some countries, taxes may apply.
If nothing else is stated in the item description, all my originals are painted with lightfast materials on archival paper. I use Daniel Smith's granulating paints in most of my work, so if any originals (or prints) have a flaky texture in them, that is intentional.
