I put a lot of effort and hours into my creations and the bags are meant to be worn out, so please use them as much as you can!
I try to recycle packing material as much as I can, so please tell me if you want it otherwise.

Accepted payment methods

  • Pay with Visa
  • Pay with Master Card
  • Pay with American Express
  • Pay with Discover
  • Pay with PayPal
I accept Paypal, Euro bank transfer & also Plusgiro if you live in Sweden. Contact me about in case you use and of the latter two so I can send you my IBAN etc, or PG-account.

If the Etsy & paypal addresses don't match I will convo you about that. Easier still if you let me know right away which address you want your items sent to.
All items will be sent via First class air mail from Sweden.
Shipping takes place as soon as possible after the payment has been cleared. I ship all over the world.

I am happy to send things gift wrapped, just let me know.
I can not be held responsible for items lost once they are shipped. Contact me if this seem to be the case.
It is possible to add an additional shipping service, such as Insured/Priority mail or Express, since these cost more it is important that you let me know BEFORE your purchase, so I can revise the shipping amount.

Jenny Karlsson Design can not be held responsible for any custom fees/charges, these are the sole responsibility of the buyer.
Refunds and Exchanges

However, if something would be unsatisfactory or you have a missing order, please let me know as soon as possible. I will deal with each case individually if there is any, and therefore have not a general refund policy to offer.
