Shop policies

Welcome to my policies. I would like to mention that since most of my pieces are extremly time consuming they are like a little piece of me that I'm letting wander off into the world.

Accepted payment methods

  • Pay with Visa
  • Pay with Master Card
  • Pay with American Express
  • Pay with Discover
  • Pay with PayPal
  • Money Order
Payment
I currently take paypal and money orders. Once I recieve your payment, I will ship your piece[s] within 48 hours (unless I am out of town!).

Please make money orders out to Jenny Behler.
Shipping
I will ship your piece[s] using First Class USPS. They will ship to you within 48 hours of recieveing payment. For anything over $50, the price of the shipping includes insurance, because I would hate for any of my little bundles of creativity to be uninsured.

I try to recycle whatever I have when I mail things out, so your package my be wrapped in a brown paper bag, or old paper, or a reused bubble package. I do have black jewelry boxes that most of my pieces fit into which you will recieve along with your jewelry.
Refunds and Exchanges
I currently will not accept refunds. You may exchange a piece by contacting me. If you happen to damage a piece outside of normal wear and tear please let me know, I should be able to fix it if you send it back to me.
Additional policies and FAQs
All of my bagle bracelets are made using glass seed beads. Because these are glass they can break, and the nylon thread that holds them together will eventually loosen like fabric. The bracelet will continue to hold it's shape, but it should be cared for like an expensive piece of clothing. I try to catch any beads that fade with exposure to sunlight or water and not use them again. They can withstand being left on when you wash your hands, but it will extend it's life if you can remember to take it off. Do not shower with them on, this will probably eventually break down the thread and mess with the beads colors!

All earring hooks are made with sterling silver. These can be switched to gold for an additional fee.
