When you purchase items using the ETSY $35 Free Shipping option, please be advised that the FREE "Standard Shipping" offered by Etsy for orders over $35 is for FREE USPS GROUND Shipping and not Priority Mail shipping. You must purchase PRIORITY mail shipping for perishable items, like marinades and fresh peppers, or else your order will be canceled. Thank you!.
2. Due to Covid-19, it is taking the USPS a lot longer to get packages delivered all over the United States of America. Please keep this in mind when you are placing your orders and selecting shipping. If you are purchasing perishable items, like peppers, please select Priority Mail Upgrade. Most of our items already include Free Priority mail shipping so they are covered by USPS insurance.
Priority Mail guarantees 1-3 Business Days shipping. If your product arrives after 3 days and is damaged I recommend that you reach out directly to the USPS online and file a claim because your item is insured for up to $100. Please make sure that you have detailed photographs.
