Thank you for taking the time to read over Jersey Fresh Vintage shop's policies. I greatly appreciate your patronage and will work hard to provide you with excellent services. I want to treat all customers how I would expect to be treated!!

Shipping costs are estimated and may be subject to change. If you are interested in purchasing more than one item, just convo me and I will be happy to combine shipping as long as the items fit in the same package.

If you don't see it, just ask...I may have it or I can try to find it!!

I accept paypal only and credit cards through direct checkout.
Items requested to be held should be purchased within 3 days, after this time the item wil be relisted unless other arrangements have been made.
Items will ship between 5-7 business days of receiving payment. If you need an item sooner, please convo me and I'll try to ship sooner.

If I have over-estimated shipping costs, I will refund the overage of $2.00 or above.

Shipments will be sent to the address listed at the time of sale. If the items needs to be shipped to another address, please convo me and give this information within the notes at the time of payment.

Shipping costs are kept as economical as possible by reusing boxes and packing materials.

I ship USPS and UPS, usually for larger items. Delivery confirmation will be an included fee or all purchases. Insurance is recommended for fragile items, if you would like to add this option please let me know prior to checking out. I am not responsible for broken and damaged items once they are shipped.

I will ship international, please convo me and I will get a quote for shipping costs on the item(s) that you are interested in purchasing.

Refunds and Exchanges
I will look at each transaction individually and will work with all customers in regards to returns and refunds. I want every customer to be completely satisfied with their purchase. If an item is agreed upon to be returned/refunded, shipping costs must be paid by the customer and the refund will not occur until the item(s) is received by the seller.
