---------------------------------

After a two-year leave of absence from Etsy, I have *returned* with a new line of products and a new goal: to support the work we are doing with low-income families in order to empower, educate and give them an opportunity to *create* through free craft classes we host at our local library.

Profits from this "new line" will purchase needed supplies including crochet hooks, yarn, embellishments and other materials to keep this successful program operating. Your purchase helps provide opportunities to these underserved families.

----------------------------

I offer hand-crafted items that are often whimsical, always carefully crafted and most importantly filled with random "lulz" for Jesse <3. Much of my handwork is one-of-a-kind because I am constantly considering my next project. And while I never seem to run out of new ideas, it is a welcome change of pace and challenge when a customer requests a custom order.

All sales profits benefit the non-profit Trust formed in my son’s name. Visit www.jessehigginbotham.com for more information.

Shop policies

I offer hand-crafted (primarily crochet) items of whimsy, cynicism and random usefulness including catnip toys, decorative embellishments and various felted wool products. Most of my handwork is one-of-a-kind as I rarely repeat the same design and often “forget” how I’ve created a piece. All sales profits benefit the non-profit Trust formed in my son’s name. Visit www.jessehigginbotham.com for more information on our work in his honor and memory.

I use as much recycled and re-purposed materials as I can, some of my fibers are reclaimed. Remember, mother nature will take care of herself - it's what we do to her that can adversely affect us.

Payment
Payment is accepted through PayPal, credit and debit cards, as well as Etsy gift cards and I can be persuaded to accept a personal check or money order with proper encouragement . Kentucky State Sales Tax is applicable if you order from this region (sorry, it's the law).
Shipping
Shipping will transpire immediately and with reckless abandon! Seriously, any item purchased will be sent out via USPS within a day of notification. I try to use as much recycled material as possible for shipping (be a good steward of your environment!)

If you require insurance (an added expense I don't recommend), you will be responsible for that cost and it might take an extra day to remit your package.

I am currently not prepared to ship orders outside of the United States, a policy that may change dependent upon mood, temperament, interest and persuasive tactics.
Send me a message if you really want something sent overseas and I will do my best to accommodate.
Refunds and Exchanges
Should you receive a finished product that for whatever reason, does not meet up to your impeccable standards, please contact me via Etsy Conversations. I promise to attempt to meet you in the middle!

Please do note that due to their non-returnable nature Purchases of Digital Downloads (Patterns) are non-refundable.
Additional policies and FAQs
Please feel free to "lulz" when visiting my shop, actually, it is a requirement. Life is filled with irony and if we can make each other laugh out loud, then that is the best we can hope for.
If you have any questions about my items or additional "policies" - just ask. But please do make them easy questions as I have a short attention span.
