She kept me updated throughout the creation process to make sure everything was just the way I wanted it. Great attention to detail, and a surprise engraving of the cat's name and the year was extra special. The finished product came out beautiful and I couldn't be happier. Thank you so much!

5 out of 5 starsABSOLUTELY INCREDIBLE!!! Jessica is one of the best sellers i have ever encountered here on Etsy or anyplace for that matter. She is extremely friendly, attentive and professional. She even did custom colors of her evil snowmen for me at no extra cost. The shipping was very fast, especially when you consider that she makes each creation by hand and it was right before Christmas. She even sent pictures of the creation process so I felt as if I was part of the process. That was a very unexpected but awesome touch. I ordered a bunch of her evil snowmen in different colors and her evil trees. Despite her excellent and careful packaging,two of the snowmen were slightly damaged. She quickly offered to replace them at no charge and let me keep the broken ones. Jessica is a rare treasure and a pleasure to business with. A++++++++
