Hi I'm Jess!
I am a professional graphic designer born and raised in the snowy city of Buffalo, New York. I moved to New York City almost a decade ago where I still currently reside. All the magic happens in a little New York City apartment; designing, doodling, sewing and screen printing.
I have two passions: design and health. While pursing my Masters degree at Pratt Institute, I wrote my thesis on how design can be integrated into the cure and prevention of childhood obesity, which became the inspiration for the products you see here. Now a few years later, I am finally able to bring my concepts to life. I'm very eager to share my ideas and creations with you!

WRONG FIT OR DISLIKE: A refund is possible if the print is returned in mint condition within 14 days of shop contact. Customer pays for return shipping, shipping cost of the original order is not refunded. Items must be returned in its undamaged, unused, original state to receive refund. Returns should be packaged securely in the original packaging with a stayflat cardboard and in a stayflat envelope. If the return arrives damaged a $10 fee will be deducted from your refund and sender will be noticed if damage does occur.
LOST ORDERS:
INTERNATIONAL orders will only be refunded after one full calendar month has passed from shipment date.
DOMESTIC orders are fully trackable, therefore lost orders should not be an issue. Sorry, refunds will not be given on missing orders that show as successfully delivered within the USPS tracking system. Orders that are returned to our address due to an incorrect address provided by the customer will either be resent at additional shipping cost to the customer, or provided a refund minus shipping costs, your choice.

EXCHANGE: Due to small inventory, we cannot accept exchanges at this time.
IF INSTANT DOWNLOAD: Due to the nature of the product, refunds are not given. If you are having trouble with the file, please contact us.

Shipping
New states and custom orders can take up to 2-3 weeks; allowing time for research, art and design, and then printing. Please contact us as times may be longer if there is a queue or if you need an item by a certain date.
USA CUSTOMERS: Orders ship via USPS first class mail. This method provides you with a tracking number which is trackable via the usps.com website. In most cases, the postal system will deliver your package within 2 - 5 business days of shipment.
IF INSTANT DOWNLOAD: Instant download link(s) will be sent to the buyer's Etsy email address once payment has been confirmed. Buyer simply downloads when ready to use.

I retain ownership and copyright of the images and files as outlined below. Purchase of USE rights does not create or transfer ownership. By extention, purchase enters you into a non-sharing, not-competitive use agreement with me.
YOU MAY
Once purchased, use Jessica Haas Designs' creations for personal use or projects and small commercial projects up to fifty units per image per product. Contact me if you want to license for Jessica Haas Designs for a large commercial project.
YOU MAY NOT
Market Jessica Haas Designs' works for use on second party manufacturing sites such as Zazzle or Cafe Press.
YOU MAY NOT
Sell, share, give away or redistribute the purchased Jessica Haas Designs' file in part or in its entirety. This would violate the non-sharing use agreement.
YOU MAY NOT
Sell prints, pillows or totes of Jessica Haas Designs' images. I offer accessories and home decor opinions if you need something produced I will be happy to work with you to execute your ideas. This would violate the non-competitive use agreement. Please contact me if you are interested in wholesale opportunities, these terms may be flexible to your needs.
YOU MAY NOT
Redistribute or resell a Jessica Haas Designs' file in part or in its entirety in any digital format or as part of any other compilation or design resource including but not limited to; CDs, DVDs, downloads, e-cards, and digital scrapbooking kits.
YOU MAY NOT
Use an Jessica Haas Designs' work in such a way that enables someone to download a high resolution copy of the image. Avoid this by using low resolution files for web applications such as blogs, and shop sites.
COPYRIGHT
I retain full copyright on all images and designs that I have created. All rights are reserved.
I retain full copyright on all files that I have created using images in public domain that may or may not have been altered. All rights are reserved.
I claim no copyright on unaltered images that exist in public domain.
OWNERSHIP
I retain ownership of all Jessica Haas Designs' files.
