Welcome to Jessica's Jacket!

All items in my shop are handmade by me and ready to ship right away. If you see anything in my shop that has sold, I will do my best to get a similar item to you if requested.
I have photographed all items in the shop and no retouching or alterations have been made to any of the photos.

PAYPAL
If paying by paypal, please follow the instructions provided by etsy and pay immediately. I reserve the right to cancel the sale, relist the item(s) and leave appropriate feedback if payment or communication is not received within 24 hours. Your purchase will be shipped within 3 business days of my notification from paypal.

CHECK OR MONEY ORDER
If paying by check or money order, please send payment with 24 hours of placing your order. Your purchase will be shipped immediately after the bank has cleared your check.

DOMESTIC ORDERS (U.S.A)
All domestic orders ship within 3 business days of payment unless otherwise specifically noted. Insurance is not required but is suggested.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
I am more than happy to ship internationally. I will determine shipping based on rates on the United States Postal Service website (usps.com) at time of purchase. I do, however, require delivery confirmation for international orders. I will do my best to ensure the delivery of your item, but if your customs or immigration seizes the item, there is nothing I can do about it. I WILL NOT GIVE YOU A REFUND FOR LOST OR UNDELIVERED PACKAGES. If you wish to have your purchase sent any way besides USPS, please contact me for this option and I will re-calculate postage.

RETURN POLICY
I want you to be happy with your purchase. In the event that you find the item wasn't described properly or you didn't receive what you expected, you may return the item. However, you must communicate with me within 3 days AND I must receive the item back within 7 days. Absolutely no exceptions. Items must be returned at your expense and must be returned with insurance. I will refund your money once I receive the item(s) back. Please understand that I am and artist and not a major company or franchise. These policies exist to protect my interests and the interests of my customers. Thank you for your understanding and acceptance of these policies.

Caring for your cotton wreath:
All cotton wreaths should be handled with care, as they are delicate. While not being displayed, it is best to keep your wreath in a safe and sturdy location away from heat and humidity. I also suggest storing the cotton wreath in a box with several cedar blocks or natural moth-repellent sachets as little critters might like this natural product. (Remember, the cotton crop in the South failed in the past because of the infestation of the boll weavil.) Do not store or wrap wreath in plastic as any humidity that may form during hotter temperatures may cause the cotton to mold.
When your cotton wreath is on display, I would highly suggest not hanging it outdoors. While the cotton is natural and was grown outside, wind, rain, and weather will greatly decrease the life of your wreath.
With the proper care, you will have a lifetime of use and enjoyment from your SC-grown cotton boll wreath.
