Customer service, delivery, and quality are all excellent. My only complaint is that the beak is more circular than triangular, which makes it look slightly less owlish, but in hind sight it looks exactly like the picture, so I won't hold that against the artist. Adorable hat!

Absolutely love this beanie!! The turquoise was a little more green then I expected but it's perfect. I added a bow to the skull to make it more girly for my daughter. Would definitely order from this seller again.

Was so surprised at how quickly I got the hat, and it was awesome being able to pick my own colors. I do wish the tentacles were longer, but otherwise I LOVE this hat. Very good quality & made well. No physical flaws or anything & the creator was very helpful and nice :)
