Love these, although the crystals usually are more yellow/orange, but still beautiful. Shipped on time

About

I love to make things!

I started making clothes and jewelry for my trolls back in the day. We had home ec in 7th & 8th grade, which started me making my own clothes and jewelry. I went on to get a degree in fashion design, then a bachelor's in business. Life (and the need to pay for rent and food) intervened, and I didn't really get back to art until I was retired early and took some painting and jewelry classes at a junior college. I owned a gallery in the Florida Keys for 2 years selling my jewelry and paintings - then the economy went down. I went back to university and got a BFA concentration in sculpture, then did post-grad work at an art school. Now that I'm out of school, I'll start to put some sculpture and fiber art in the Etsy store, along with the jewelry. I can't stop creating - I start with a piece of something - wood, a focal bead, a shape, an industrial cast-off, a rock - and form an idea from that item. The process of creating the art is as important as the concept and the final piece.

Hi! Welcome to my world! I'm just getting started on Etsy, but have sold my jewelry, paintings and stained glass in a gallery for several years. Hopefully we can all have lots of fun here!
