Shipping
HOW SOON WILL MY ITEM BE DESPATCHED?

I always aim to get your purchase to you as quickly as possible. Usually I will post it next business day and always within 2 business days Monday to Friday. Orders which are placed over the weekend will be despatched on Mondays.



HOW WILL I KNOW WHEN MY ITEM WAS SHIPPED?

You can check the shipping status by logging into your Etsy account and by clicking on 'Your Purchases'. If your item is marked as 'shipped' you can check the date by clicking on the invoice.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ITEM TO ARRIVE?

• UK: First Class Signed for Post 2 - 3 business days.

• Rest of the World: Signed for Airmail 6 - 14 business days. 


Most items will arrive well within this time frame, however, lead times are always dependent on each country’s postal service which means that occasionally they can take longer. In any case so please allow up to 25 business days. 



CAN MY ITEM BE TRACKED?

The standard shipping charges stated in the item listing (UK free) do include Royal Mail tracking. All items will send as "signed for", which means a signature is required on receipt of the item at the buyer's address. This provides a proof of posting and delivery for peace of mind.

WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I HAVEN'T RECEIVED MY ITEM?

It is very unusual that items get lost as worldwide shipping from the UK is normally quick and reliable. 

However, very occasionally a package may take longer than expected and you should allow up to 25 business days for arrival. If your package hasn't arrived by then please get in touch and I will send out a replacement.


Unforeseen circumstances can affect shipping times, e.g. severe weather conditions, strikes, increased security following an incident, etc.


Please take all this into account before contacting me. Unfortunately, I cannot replace lost items before the 25 days have passed. 

Please also note the following:
- I always obtain a proof of posting for all packages - UK and International.

- The customer is responsible for any customs charges/import duty/taxes etc they may incur in their country.
Refunds and Exchanges
I always endeavor to describe the item as detailed as possible and to include many close-ups with the photographs to ensure that you'll be happy with your purchase. However, I do appreciate that it is difficult to buy jewellery based on a few pictures and descriptive details. Therefore, if you decide on receipt that the item is not suitable please contact me within 48 hours to discuss this. I will offer either a refund (excluding postage costs) or an exchange for another item upon receipt of the returned item. Please always contact me first before you return an item.



Unfortunately I cannot refund the postage costs unless the item is faulty.

For hygiene reasons earrings cannot be returned.



Please always ensure that you obtain a proof of posting and/or adequate insurance/delivery confirmation if you are returning a package, as I cannot be held responsible for any items that are lost/damaged while in transit to me.

Items must be returned unworn and in in the original gift bag.

All my items are sent in a lovely black satin organza gift bag, which makes them ideal gifts or special treats for yourself! 

Special packaging (ring, bracelet or necklace boxes) is available on request and at extra charge. Please enquire at point of purchase.

Most items can be adjusted to your requirements prior to shipping. Please contact me to discuss this.

I am very happy to accept custom orders. Please contact me with details and I will prepare a quotation.
