About

ADORNMENTS FOR THE SOUL✨🙏🏽📿🔮

Namaste Gypsies!

Jewel of the Gypsy is based on a deep love of vibrant color, eclectic accessorizing, wanderlust travel, and a spiritual yoga practice. Forever an artist//maker//creator//designer, from a young age I was weaving friendship bracelets, sewing leather wallets, and fashioning talismans to charm bracelets. Flower child creativity soon transformed into new bohemian flare and I was swept away by wanderlust desires and a calling to connect, create, and meditate. My tribe of yogis inspired me to put my creative talents to task and Jewel of the Gypsy was born in 2014.

Jewel of the Gypsy has given me the freedom express my love of the design process and challenge my inner entrepreneur. Each piece I handcraft is unique and special to me, representing a memory, a moment in time, or mantra. Through my creations, my soul connects with that of another and at the same time the entire Universe.

Returns and exchange details
Jewel of the Gypsy designs are handmade and one-of-a-kind. While we do not accept returns, we do stand proudly behind all of our work. Should your jewelry be compromised within 30 days of purchase, we would gladly restring or repair it at no charge.

After 30 days, our restringing and repair services are available for a small fee, please email to inquire. Shipping charges will apply. Keep in mind, your jewelry should be treated with care. Your jewelry should be the last thing you put on when getting dressed and the first thing you take off when you get home. When not wearing your jewelry, please store it in the dust bag that was provided. Avoid hanging your mala necklaces for long periods of time as the weight of your gems may stretch the knotted cord over time. Also avoid getting oils and lotions on your jewelry or getting it wet. If you do though, don't worry just quickly dry it off and set it aside to dry in a clean space.

Also, if your mala breaks after creating and working on your intention, it is believed that a breakthrough has been achieved. A broken mala is meant to symbolize a broken cycle. It is a sign to bring new intentions into your life as your current ones no longer serve you.

Please contact us directly and we will work out repair/replacement details. Allow 2-3 weeks for repair and processing.
Payment
Payment must be made immediately after purchase. We take all major credit cards and Venmo.

Frequently asked questions
WHAT IS A MALA NECKLACE?

A Mala bead necklace is a string of beads, typically 108 small gemstones in addition to one larger meru (or, mountain) bead, separated by hand-tied knots. Malas are used as a meditation tool to help focus while silently reciting or vocally repeating a mantra. Jewel Of The Gypsy Mala Bead Necklaces are handmade with materials including silk, cotton, leather, precious metals, wood, seeds, crystals and semi-precious gemstones. Gemstones are thought to possess unique metaphysical healing properties that aid the wearer in daily life. When not used specifically for meditation, Malas can help create a sense of peace and calm while reminding the wearer of their mantra or intention.
