Returns and exchanges
If your item arrives damaged, please let me know because I work very hard to insure that my shipments are wrapped to withstand everything short of nuclear attacks.
In case of the uninsured loss of your package in the mail, I will not be held responsible. The insurance is very reasonable, and I will be happy to refund your costs in the case of insured losses.
Payment
Order cancellations will be charged a restocking fee of 15% of the purchase price.
Shipping
To My International Customers:
Any customs fees, taxes, tariffs, duties, etc. that may be incurred at the time of delivery would be at the discretion of your country's tax regulations. I have no way of calculating how much these fees would be, should they occur, and Circle In The Sand is not responsible for those charges. For any additional information refer to your local customs agency. Returns will not be accepted due to customs fees.
