The $250 custom order request link is non refundable, as I use this for my time to design the ring, show you pictures, and communicate back and forth until your final approval of the ring. This amount will be used towards your total price of the ring, should you decide to move forward with the order.

Once you buy the $250 initial custom order link, and you give me your final approval of the design, you will be required to pay the remaining balance either in full or by installments. The number of monthly installment payments will depend on the price of the ring and how soon you need it.

I offer up to 12-month layaway payment plan with no interest and no extra charges. The total price of the ring will be divided equally based on your preference of monthly payment plan, e.g. 3, 4, or 6, etc. You will decide when in the month you want to make the payments; however, you will have to comply with your own set due dates.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING - I ship domestically within the United States through the USPS or Federal Express for FREE. The items are shipped insured. It is required that an adult sign for the package. If the item is being returned, the shipping costs are covered by the buyer.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING - Please note that JewelryArtWorkByVick is not responsible for additional custom fees, taxes, tariffs, or any other charges imposed by your county. It is your responsibility as a buyer to find out about these additional costs you may occur.

I offer a full refund on items returned in its original and unused condition. I must receive the item within 15 days from the day the buyer received the item. The buyer needs to get my approval to ship the item back. Also, the buyer is responsible for the cost of shipping the item back. It is strongly recommended that the buyer purchase insurance for the same amount the buyer paid for the item.

Return policy is void if an item is altered or re-sized. I ship the jewelry insured, therefore, in case an item is lost or damaged, the insurance will be responsible for recovering the costs. Hence, I will be able to supply you with another item.

For returned items, shipping charges will be deducted from your refund.
There is no refund or exchange for used, damaged, altered items, custom orders, or the items which have been engraved.
Layaway Payment Plans:
1. When an item bought with layaway payment plan is returned (given it is in its original unused, undamaged, and unaltered condition), the refund will be the amount you paid minus the shipping costs and $15 for each special listing prepared for your payment plan accommodation.
2. When an order is cancelled while being in a layaway payment plan/ while making payments (the item has not been delivered to the customer yet), all the paid amount will be refunded minus $15 for each special listing prepared for your payment plan.
